They arrived at Nunew's penthouse parking lot. Zee was about to speak up to let Nunew know they had arrived, but he stopped when he noticed Nunew. Nunew was resting his head against the car window, sound asleep.

Zee watched him, unable to hide his concern for the young man. His gaze shifted to their hands, which had been intertwined for some time now. Nunew's grip on his hand was firm, something Zee hadn't noticed until now.

'He must have been really scared,' Zee thought, staring at their joined hands and sighing.

A small smile formed on Zee's lips as he looked back at Nunew, who was fast asleep. The dim light inside the car highlighted the gentle contours of Nunew's face, but Zee still couldn't see him clearly. Without much thought, he leaned in closer.

Zee's fingers trembled slightly as he gently cupped Nunew's face, turning it towards him. Zee's fingers trembled slightly as he gently cupped Nunew's face, turning it towards him.

Nunew's long, dark lashes created delicate shadows on his cheeks, fluttering slightly with each breath. Zee couldn't help but admire how they framed his closed eyes, adding a touch of innocence to his peaceful expression.

His gaze moved down to Nunew's perfectly shaped nose, a gentle slope that added to the balance of his face. There was an undeniable elegance to it, a perfect fit for his features.

Zee's thumb brushed against Nunew's lips almost instinctively, the soft texture surprising him. He slowly traced the outline of his lips, noticing how plump and inviting they were even when dry.

The simple act of touching his lips felt intimate, almost sacred, and Zee found himself drawn to the sensation.

The longer he looked, the more he realized there was something about Nunew that made it impossible to look away.

Lost in his thoughts, Zee murmured softly.

"He has such a pretty face for a guy." His voice was barely audible, yet it seemed to echo in the quiet car.

The sound of his own voice startled him, and he froze, realizing that he had spoken out loud. As if in response, Nunew stirred slightly, nuzzling his face into Zee's hand. Nunew slowly opened his eyes, only to find Zee's face very close to his own.

Nunew's eyes were still red from crying earlier. They stared at each other for a long 30 seconds, the silence stretching out between them. Zee finally broke the stare, realizing it had gone on too long. He cleared his throat, pulled his hand back, and sat up straight.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to..." he stammered, his voice trailing off. He glanced at Nunew, who was still looking at him with a blank expression, seemingly lost in thought.

Zee cleared his throat again. "I mean, we're here." He smiled awkwardly at Nunew.

Nunew slowly straightened up in his seat, looking down and fidgeting with his fingers. Zee noticed this and asked.

"Is there something wrong?"

"Uhm..." was all Nunew could manage to say, as if he wanted to say something but couldn't.

"Hmm? Nhu, what is it?" Zee asked, worry creeping into his voice.

"H-Hia, can you come up with me?" Nunew's voice was quiet but loud enough for Zee to hear. "I'm still s-scared," he added, his head still bowed.

Zee smiled when he heard this. He opened the car door and stepped out, making Nunew to look up. Nunew watched as Zee walked around to his side and opened his door, signaling him.

"Let's go?"

As Nunew stepped out of the car, his legs felt weak. He almost stumbled, but before he could fall, Zee swiftly moved forward and caught him by the waist. Nunew felt the firm yet gentle grip of Zee's hands around his waist, providing immediate support and stability.

He pulled Nunew close, their bodies almost touching as he helped him regain his balance. Nunew looked up, meeting Zee's eyes.

"Thanks." Nunew smiled at Zee.

They walked into the lobby, Zee's arm still around Nunew's waist to steady him. When they reached Nunew's penthouse door, Zee slowly let go of him. Nunew unlocked the door and turned to face Zee.

"Thank you for bringing me up. I'll go in now."

Zee nodded and said, "Don't forget to rest."

Nunew smiled, waved, and stepped inside his house.

He walked into his living room, feeling the day's events weighing heavily on him. With a weary sigh, he let himself fall onto the plush sofa. He closed his eyes for a moment, hoping to find some relief from the whirlwind of emotions and thoughts swirling in his mind.

"I feel like I forgot something." He shrugged it off, closing his eyes.

Suddenly, his eyes shot open as he remembered the events at the mall.

"Shit-"

He sat up quickly, realizing they hadn't gone through with their dinner plans. He felt guilty for not inviting Zee inside. Zee had helped him all day, and he had left him outside without even offering dinner. Worse, he remembered that he hadn't eaten yet.

"I'm so dumb, I should have invited him in." He said, facepalming.

"Should I chase after him?"

"But he might already be gone. What should I do?"

He paced back and forth, arguing with himself. Finally, he walked to the door, deciding whether to go out or not.

"Screw it!"

He thought quickly about what he needed to do to catch up with Zee. As he put in the door code, his mind raced with possible explanations and apologies. When the door clicked open, he took a deep breath and swung it wide.

To his shock, there stood Zee, right outside Nunew's penthouse door, facing away. The sight of Zee standing there, holding all the shopping bags from earlier, made Nunew's heart skip a beat.

Zee, hearing the door open, turned around, and their eyes met. Relief washed over Nunew, and a smile spread across his face. Zee's presence felt like a lifeline in the midst of his chaotic thoughts.

"Uhm... You left these," Zee said softly, lifting his hands slightly to show the bags he was holding.

"Oh"

Nunew let out a soft laugh at his own forgetfulness, feeling a bit foolish for not remembering the shopping bags. He looked at Zee with a grateful smile.

"Sorry, I totally forgot. Thanks for bringing these up," he said, reaching out to take his bags from Zee.

"It's no big deal, Nhu. I wanted to make sure you got your things," Zee replied with a shrug, a small smile playing on his lips.

Once Nunew had all his bags, he looked back at Zee, feeling a bit shy now that he was standing in front of him. Zee noticed the hesitation in Nunew's expression and furrowed his brow slightly, sensing that Nunew had something more to say.

'Gosh, why are you so nervous, Nhu? You're just inviting him inside for a drink,' Nunew thought to himself.

"Why?" Zee asked, breaking the silence.

"Do you want to come inside? Coffee or maybe tea?" Nunew finally asked. "Well, I also remembered that we didn't get to have our dinner, and I want to repay you for today," he added, his voice soft and sincere.

Zee chuckled at Nunew's earnestness.

"Sure," he said with a warm smile.
