"N-Nathalie...?"
He heard her sobs instantly become quiet.
"Y-yes Sir?" She asked between sobs.
"Nathalie may I come in?"
"Please don't, just-just give me a second- I-"
"Nathalie please I'm worried for you."
...
"Nathalie?"
...
"I'm coming in Nathalie."
He slowly turned the door knob and walked in her room. He was shocked at the sight before him.
"Nat...?"
He looked around to find her and try to console her. He walked into the bathroom and there she was, sobbing quietly. He ran and crouched to her side, hugging her.

She couldn't belive what was happening. Her boss, just hugged her.
Her boss, which she thought hated her, was now here consoling her.
Her boss, which she has had a crush on since the very first day she came to work here.
She looked up at him and stared directly into his blue-gray eyes with such love and admiration. She knew that he could feel her feelings through the butterfly miraculous, but she didn't care. She was absolutely love sick for him.
"alie? Nathalie!"
"Mr.Agreste...?" She came out of her thoughts and back to reality, realizing she wasn't dreaming.
"Oh Nath are you okay? What's wrong? Please talk to me Nathalie. I'm here for you."
She watched as he grabbed her arms and slowly pulled her sleeves up.
"Nathalie... why...?"
"I'm sorry Sir! I'm so sorry for this!" I'm sorry for wasting your time. Please forgive me Sir." She sobbed and dug her head into his chest. He just let her and wrapped his arms around her, making sure she knew she could trust him.
"Nat you aren't making me waste my time. I'm here for you, and I care about you. I really do Nat."
Nat
He just called her Nat. She had nevered adored that nickname so much than right now. He once again grabbed her wrists and his fingers traced all the cuts she had made on herself.
"Why Nathalie...?"
"I'm sorry" She whimpered.
"Please don't apologize, you have nothing to be sorry for. If you don't want to tell me it's alright just please let me know you will be okay."
"I will..."
"Are you sure? Do you need something?"
"I need you"
"Nat-"
She cut him off. "Please stay with me." Nathalie looked up at him and her beautiful crystal blue eyes locked with his. She knew he couldn't say no.
"Come on then Nat."
He scooped her up gently and took her to his room. There, he gently lied her down on his bed and sat on the edge of the bed.

*an hour later*

Nathalie woke up and looked around. She was in her bosses room, in his bed, and... in pajamas?
When did I change...? I dont remember changing. What time is it?
So many questions flooded her mind and she knew it wasn't good for her. She checked the time. 12:47
"Mr.Agreste?" She called into the room.
"Oh Miss Sancoeur you're awake!"
"I- you have a meeting today in two hours."
"I rescheduled it."
"WHAT?! Mr.Agreste that meeting was so important to you, why would you reschedule it?"
"I could see you weren't feeling well and I had to make sure you were fine."
"Thank- thank you." She blushed at the thought that he had rescheduled such an important meeting just to take care of her.
"Nathalie you can't pretend you're okay if you're not."
"But I am fine I was just feeling- I was- I was just overwhelmed by all the things I had to do, but now I've got it all under control!"
"Nathalie please."
"Speaking of work, I have to go and make sure your new collection is being shipped, afterwards prepare lunch, and then assist you on any other papers you may need delivered."
Nathalie quickly jumped out of her bosses bed and speed walked out of his room to go downstairs.
He's right though... I can't pretend I'm okay when I'm not. She thought glumly.

After finishing all the protocol check ups to make sure that Mr.Agrestes new collection would be arriving on schedule, she went upstairs to ask Adrien what he would like for lunch.
"I'm feeling spaghetti and meatballs today mother, would that be okay?"
"Of course honey come down in around an hour."
"Thank you, mother."
Mother
She headed down to the kitchen to start cooking. Putting some water to boil, she searched through cabinets to find spaghetti. She tossed the spaghetti in the pot and stared at the flame on the stove. She reached her hand over to the scorching flame. She stood still, almost hypnotized at the burning feeling of the flame so close to her hand. A small tear ran down her cheek. Gabriel stood from afar staring at her burning herself and the tear that had rolled down her face.

He could feel his own eyes swell with tears. For her. He cared about her. No he couldn't. He could never have feelings for his assistant. But deep inside, he knows he can't pretend he doesn't love her anymore. He had to pretend though. He couldn't love his assistant. Plus he was almost sure that she would never love him.
"Miss Sancoeur?"
But his assistant was too focused on the sensation in her hand. She didn't even notice the tears rapidly falling down her face. She didn't her her boss calling from behind her.
"MISS SANCOEUR!" Yelled Mr.Agreste finally losing his patience.
She flinched at the harsh tone of his voice, which only made the tears come down faster and faster on her face.
"Miss Sancoeur get your act together I have some documents you must deliver after lunch. Speaking of which dont make me anything. I won't be having lunch today."
She was shocked that he ignored the fact that he had cared for her, only a few hours ago.
"Y-yes Sir, of course..."
She whispered, ignoring the strong burning sensation on not only her hand, but now through all of her body.

She grabbed two plates and served spaghetti on them. She then ran up the stairs to call Adrien for dinner.
"Adrien?"
"Oh, yes mother?"
"Lunch is ready honey."
"Coming!"
The door busted open as the kid ran down the stairs. The assistant followed behind chuckling at how excited he was to have food besides his father's horrid pancakes. He helped her look for the forks while she served the meatballs.
"How'd many would you like Adrien?"
"Three, please."
"Alright thank you."
"Mhm!"
They sat down next to eachother to enjoy eachothers company while eating.
