(At the dikrols house. Morning. Mrs dikrol is wearing a blue apron and gloves, standing beside a bucket of water as she cleans the dinning table scrubbing vigorously)
Voice of protagonist: the day started with mom cleaning...
(Mr dikrol walks downstairs. again in a tucked in shirt but this time his wearing a blue bow tie and holding a briefcase)
Voice of protagonist: and dad, running off to he's mysterious destination.
Mr dikrol: (to Mrs dikrol) I'll be back early today. I only have one stop.
Mrs dikrol: (looks at him) hm (continues cleaning)
Mr dikrol: what do you mean 'hm'?
Mrs dikrol: (looks back at him) what? I said hm (gets back to her cleaning)
Mr dikrol: yeah. I know...what does it mean?
Mrs dikrol: oh. hm...it's my new way of saying 'bye, go see your other family.
Mr dikrol: other...what do you mean my...other family?
Mrs dikrol: I mean, what did you expect?. you runoff, without telling anyone where your going. and then you come back late at night not telling anyone where you've been so...
Mr dikrol: I told you, when it's get real I'll talk to you about it.
Mrs dikrol: when what gets real?
Mr dikrol: when...
(Timon decends downstairs in his uniform with a reluctant demeanor. all attention shifts to him)
Voice of protagonist: as for me, I...well I wasn't happy and you should know why.
(Timon walks to the dining)
Timon: morning dad, morning mom.
Mr dikrol: (to timon) are you ok?
Timon: uhhh...
Mrs dikrol: (quickly cuts in) he's fine. he's just... hungry. right timon? (smiles at timon)
Voice of protagonist: mum didn't want dad to judge her decision making just like grandma did. and I completely understood.
Timon: yeah. am fine.
Mr dikrol: but...
Mrs dikrol: am sure your getting late for your...well for your thing.
Mr dikrol: em yes. I am (takes a glance at his watch) I have to go (pats timon back) bye son. (heads for the door)
Timon: bye dad.
Mrs dikrol: bye honey
Mr dikrol: (stops, looks at her) wait. is everything ok? some minutes ago you where under my skin cause I wanted to leave now your...did something happen?
Mrs dikrol: (tight smiles) what? no... everything is great.
(Mr dikrol looks at timon to confirm. Timon shrugs.)
Mr dikrol: (skeptical) ok. bye guys (leaves)
Mrs dikrol: (sighs in relief) I packed your launch (pushes a bag to him on the table) you want breakfast?
Timon: no.
Mrs dikrol: I fixed the whole thing (smiles at him)
Voice of protagonist: and when she said that. well I was worried for so many reasons.
Timon: what, you did...? how?
Mrs dikrol: well, a magician never reveals the secret to his or her tricks.
