Dina and I were invited to some gathering tomorrow! I just know we'll be getting drunk as of what she said Patrol has been on our asses lately but if it's only with Dina then I'm okay I hate that Maria said my dress length has to be five inches above my boots if I want to patrol !! which is uncalled for And don't get me started on the break up between Dina and Jesse. That's all what Dina been yelling in my ear all day long... Dina is coming over before the party!!! I can't wait to show her the new crossword puzzles Maria got me!! But Bye bye journal!! THAT'S how it's always been for the next two years. Devon told herself if Ellie was negative then she won't have the woman in her life. The girl kept her head up high; she trained like the rest of the teenagers—well, she wasn't a teenager anymore. Devon now, twenty years old. The girl never thought she would live for this long, maybe it was the town, or how she stuck to herself till the town's community needed her for patrol or—

Tommy and Maria suggested Devon Sawyer to sign up, that it'll be good for not only the town but, "You need to get out your house more, darling." They were right, but she didn't want to believe that till it was mentioned by the girl with their hair tied in the back of her head—also known as Jesse's ex-girlfriend who wanted Devon to tag along. But Devon made a friend from her work!
They had turned down every other person Tommy and Maria told her to go on patrol with. Selfish child's play but Dina made her feel safe. Safe, as in she can be herself without causing any problems. The two took awe-inspiring trips during their patrol...which they never got caught and never will.
