DEVON SAWYER has been around the Creek Trails a bunch of times with Dina—Ellie, on the other hand, does not know the route behind her head. With that, Ellie follows behind the young woman, hot on her tail. Ellie did not like how slow the girl was going. Too slow for Ellie's patrol. The red head now wished she could have turned back and got Dina instead, the poor girl was not patient.

The only things heard around the two young women were the sounds of wild animals, the cold freezing breeze, and their own breathing. Nothing said between the two. Of course, Devon learned her lesson last time speaking with Ellie. She would not want to make the same mistake and end up getting shut down again.

Goosebumps and hairs grew up her neck and back at the snowy wind, the long sleeves of their dress weren't enough fabric to keep the girl warm. "You got an extra jacket?" Devon spoke up for the first time after leaving the town. Ellie responded, "No—but are we there yet?" The Williams girl had already grown tired, but the answer to her question was yes.

They were almost there but she wasn't going to tell Ellie that, jokingly the brown-haired woman laughed, "oh nooooo, we got a long way ahead!" Devon snorts, hoping they wouldn't catch on the joke too soon.

"Seriously?" The red head groaned.

"No, we're here." Devon whipped her head around as she hopped off her horse, tying them down in an almost fallen apart radio tower.

"Tie em' there. Come on." Devon didn't realize how 'bossy' she was being. Maybe Dina was rubbing a bit too off on her, but the Williams girl did not think much of it but followed and did exactly what the young woman ordered her to do.

Devon Sawyer skipped through doors, climbing, and crawling to get where the two had to sign in. She actually loves taking this route, remembering the stories that she and Dina use to tell each other—getting to know each other. "Sign us in?"
