The summer sun shown through floor-to-ceiling windows and onto Nari's face. She groaned while moving to hide her face with the covers of the bed.
She tried going to back to sleep yet no matter how hard she tried, Nari couldn't resist the aroma of cooked food. Nari then kicked off the covers off her body and sat up before getting off the bed.
The sound of Jungkook singing from the kitchen resonated up the stairs and throughout the hallways. Nari smiled to herself as she made her way to the en-suite bathroom where she brushed her teeth and washed her face.
She later appeared in kitchen in a pair of shorts and an oversized t-shirt that fit tightly on her bump. "Good morning." Nari greeted waddling her way to Jungkook.
He put down the spatula and smiled at her, "Good morning. How did you sleep?" Jungkook asked after pulling her in for a kiss.
"Good, actually. The massage really helped." Nari wrapped her arms around his waist, pressing her bump on his abs. He held her face, caressing her pale cheeks with his thumbs.
"Happy birthday Mrs Jeon." Jungkook whispered softly.
Nari looked at him through her eyelashes, "Happy birthday Mr Jeon. Finally twenty six."
"We're both pushing thirty now." His words made Nari burst out into laughter and loosen her hold on him.
"Don't say that! We're still young, right?" She put her hands on his chest. "Sure. We're like so," He rolled his eyes. "Young."
"Right?!" Nari exclaimed before connecting their lips again. She pulled away and bit her lip knowing it'd drive him crazy. "What are you making, Mr Jeon?" She asked as she leaned against the kitchen island.
"Well Mrs Jeon, I have made you a chicken wrap with a Greek salad." Jungkook answered pointing to the plate and bowls in front of them. Nari nodded excitedly next to practically bouncing on her feet.
"How did you know I was craving the salad?" She asked looking up at him.
Jungkook shrugged, "You're my wife, I just know."
Nari gave him a look which made him laugh. "Okay, you said it in your sleep."
"What!" Nari's eyes widened. "I talk in my sleep?"
Jungkook burst out laughing before reaching for his phone on the counter next to the sink. Nari cursed under her breath as she watched as Jungkook opened his phone and went to his gallery.
"You got it on video? Oh my gosh."
"I swear it's the funniest things ever, look."
The video started and although the flash was in her face, Nari didn't seem to notice the phone pointing at her.
"Jungkook," Nari sleepily said.
"Yes lovie?" He worriedly asked. "Is it contractions?"
Nari seemed to ignore his question and said, "I could really go for a salad right now. Preferably Greek or Mediterranean."
"Vanilla ice cream sounds like a good idea too. Someone write this down." She muttered before going back to sleep.
Jungkook tried hard to conceal his laughter before ending the video.
Nari watched in horror while Jungkook was next to her dying. "You better not post that or else you have a date with the guest bedrooms tonight." She pouted.
"I won't. Just relax and eat your food." He put a reassuring hand on her back.
After eating breakfast, Nari and Jungkook took a shower before deciding to head to the village to buy a cake. A fifteen minute walk later, they found themselves in the village square.
