As soon as Minho's voice echoed from behind, Lily realized she was alone with him around the corner. She swiftly moved away, her heart racing like a wild mustang, and sat beside Pran, who looked as confused as a lost puppy.

Pran's eyes narrowed, trying to make sense of Lily's sudden action. She thought she had always wanted him to approach her, to be alone with him. But now, she seemed to be avoiding him like the plague. "Why is she here?" Pran wondered, his mind racing with questions. "Is she losing her chance with eeeeeeh?"

Pran tried to push Lily aside, her words tumbling out like a waterfall. "Why are you here? Go back! Why didn't you even greet him?" But Lily remained steadfast, her voice as calm as a summer breeze. "Let's just study, Pran."

Pran persisted, his tone as persuasive as a salesman. "But it's been ages since you last spoke like this, Lily! Senior is busy, but so are you." Lily's face flushed like a ripe strawberry, her eyes darting down, unable to focus on her book. She couldn't even hear Pran properly, her mind as jumbled as a puzzle.

Just then, Lily's gaze drifted toward Minho, and she felt drawn to him like a magnet. Their eyes locked in silence, the tension between them as palpable as a thick fog. Minho approached her, his chair scraping against the floor like fingernails on a chalkboard, making Lily jump like a startled rabbit.

"Hi, Lily," Minho said, his voice as smooth as honey. Lily's response was laced with sarcasm, her words dripping like venom. "Sup, Mr. Charming? What brings you here?" Minho's smile was as wide as a sunflower. "I'm kind of stuck, Lily. Today's lecture went over my head like a flying saucer."

Lily's expression softened like butter in the sun, her voice as gentle as a lullaby. "Sit, let's revise it together." As she spoke, her thoughts raced like a runaway train, her heart skipping a beat. She loved tutoring, and Minho's request was like music to her ears.

"Hey, lower ones! You're here till last period, and for you higher-ups, till second last. Remember, no messing around! Stay focused!" The teacher's stern warning echoed through the library.

Minho rolled his eyes, his eyebrows furrowed in frustration. "Seriously? I'm so bunking this class for sure," he muttered sarcastically, a satisfied smile spreading across his face.

But Lily was quick to pop his bubble. "Hey, Mr. 'I-need-help'! You're stuck with me till the very end, since you asked for my assistance. Got it?" She grinned mischievously, her eyes sparkling with amusement, making Minho's face flush with anxiety.

As Minho pretended to wipe sweat from his brow, Pran peeked out from behind her book, her gaze drifting to her left, her eyes locking onto someone, but it was unclear who, amidst the sea of students. Just then, the teacher's voice boomed again, making Pran jump, her head banging against the table. All eyes turned to her, except for Lawrine's, which remained fixed on Minho, and Minho's, which were fixed on Lily.

The tension in the classroom was like a tightly wound spring, ready to snap at any moment.
The air was electric with anticipation, as if the students were waiting for something to ignite.*
