-Seokjin's Pov-
I chuckle as Namjoon happily puts a lot of things in the basket, he was basically putting in everything he likes. "Darling I really did spoil you huh? But I'm not complaining one bit"
"Seokie which one looks better? Blue or purple?" He mumbles showing me two cute sweaters
I glance at the sweaters, then back at him. "You already know you look good in everything and anything, darling. Get both." I say with a grin. As Namjoon beams and adds both sweaters to the basket, my eyes wander around the store. They land on a nearby aisle filled with skirts. A blush forms on my face as I imagine Namjoon wearing one.
My mind drifts to the thought of him twirling around, the skirt flaring out around him, his laughter filling the air. The image is almost too much to handle. I quickly shake my head, trying to focus on the present.
"Seokie? You okay?" Namjoon's voice pulls me back to reality.
I clear my throat, giving him a reassuring smile. "Yeah, just got lost in thought for a second."
He tilts his head, curious but doesn't press further. "Well, come on then. Let's keep shopping!"
As we move through the store, I can’t help but steal glances at him, admiring the way he moves with such carefree joy. He’s like a ray of sunshine, lighting up every corner of my life. We make our way to the accessories section, and he picks up a couple of cute hats and scarves.
"Seokie, do you think this hat would look good on me?" he asks, trying on a beanie and looking at himself in the mirror.
I step closer, adjusting the beanie slightly. "It looks perfect, just like you" I say softly, enjoying the way his cheeks turn a light shade of pink at my words.
Namjoon laughs and shakes his head. "You're too sweet, Seokie."
We continue shopping, filling the basket with more clothes, snacks, and little trinkets that catch Namjoon’s eye. He’s like a kid in a candy store, his excitement contagious.
When we finally head to the checkout, the cashier gives us a knowing smile. "Looks like someone's having a good shopping day."
Namjoon nods enthusiastically. "Yeah! My boyfriend is the best."
I froze hearing him call me his boyfriend. We're official now? I don't recall him making it finally official. My face turns even more red "W-wait darling...i-i...we? We're official? You mean that?"
He giggles and places a small peck on my cheek making me turn more red "I guess we are now."
"I love you so much..."
"I love you too seokie...you better plan something special for every anniversary" he Snickers
I chuckle, paying for our items and thanking the cashier. As we leave the store, Namjoon grabs my hand, swinging it back and forth as we walk. The simple gesture fills me with warmth.
"Where to next, darling?" I ask, glancing at him.
He thinks for a moment, his eyes lighting up. "How about the park? We can have a little picnic."
"That sounds perfect" I agree, leading the way to the park nearby.
Once we arrive, we find a nice spot under a large tree. I spread out a blanket while Namjoon pulls out some snacks from our shopping bags. We sit down, enjoying the fresh air and the peaceful surroundings.
"This is nice..." Namjoon says, leaning against me and closing his eyes. "I love spending time with you like this."
I wrap an arm around him, pressing a kiss to his temple. "Me too, darling. There's nowhere else I'd rather be."
We sit there for a while, just enjoying each other's company. The world around us fades away, and it’s just the two of us, wrapped in our own little bubble of happiness.
Eventually, Namjoon sits up, a mischievous glint in his eye. "Wanna play a game?"
I raise an eyebrow. "What kind of game?"
He grins, pulling out a small board game from one of the bags. "How about this? It's a trivia game."
I laugh, shaking my head in amusement. "Alright, you're on. But don't cry when I win."
"We'll see about that!" he teases, setting up the game.
As we play, the sounds of our laughter and playful banter fill the air. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love him so much. He brings so much joy and light into my life, and I’m grateful for every second we spend together.
Hours pass, and as the sun begins to set, we pack up our things and head back home. Walking hand in hand, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of contentment. Namjoon is everything I’ve ever wanted and more. And as long as we’re together, I know that everything will be alright.
"Seokie, thank you for today," Namjoon says softly as we reach his apartment.
I smile, pulling him into a gentle hug. "Anything for you, darling. I love you."
"I love you too..." he whispers, leaning up to kiss me. "Can't you stay for the night?" He pouted
My heart ached seeing his adorable pout and of course I couldn't resist kissing it "I'd love nothing more baby...but I have important business to do tonight..."
"Fine...but that means you need a whole week to make up for it"
I chuckled and gently lifted him into my arms "I will baby...be a good boy for tonight okay? And baby? You already know what it means being with me so that means my enemies are your enemies too...don't trust anyone. Always tell me if you're going somewhere or if you meet someone new that I don't know. Got it darling?"
He nods cutely as he snuggles into my arms "I'll be a good boy seokie..."
As we part ways, I watch him disappear into his apartment, my heart swelling with love. I turn to head back to my place, already planning our next adventure. Whatever the future holds, I know that as long as Namjoon is by my side, we can face anything together.
