{ Together we are till the end of the lifetime }

Their vacation in Busan got over and their selection for the university was also done.

Getting into the dream university was the first achievement for them. Seoul National University.

Their departments were different but all of them got into the same university due to their good grades. Taehyung's father was still not pleased about his choice for his career but after his mother's pestering his father agreed.

Taehyung was in a sour mood since morning. Tomorrow is his first day in SNU. But he had an argument with his moonlight.

Disagreements became an argument between them. Y/n wanted to do a part time job in her free time but Taehyung was against it.

He was worried about her health and the people she has to deal with. But
Y/n 's stubbornness lead to this argument.

She said, " Taehyung I want to explore my youth not only with fun but also with struggles. You are stopping me from not allowing me. "

" Y/n I'm just concerned about the challenges you have to face and I cannot be always there for you. "

" Taehyung, I have faced the challenges without you also. You are my boyfriend so you should support me. " Her sigh was indicating her defeat.

" Moonlight try to understand my situation also. How can I be calm when you are handling difficult people? "

" You aren't understanding my situation you aren't letting me out of my cage. Even I need to fly partner. " She requested.

" No means no I will not allow you and that's the final decision. " He said in a stern tone which he used it for the first time.

She was hurt by his behaviour would be an understatement. Her eyes reflected both disappointment and hurt.

" Okay then even I will not talk with you till you agree with me. " Saying this she left him.

After that she hasn't spoken a word to him. Nor replied to his messages even after leaving it on seen.

Taehyung is afraid to loose her, she is his support and his everything. Without talking to her feels like an eternity.

He groaned and slammed his head lightly on  the dinning table. His mom was the witness of her son's grumpy behavior.

" Taehyung! " She called him out and he answered with a hum.

" What's the matter son? "She asked but got silence as an answer.

Sighing she sipped her black coffee.
" Did you have a fight with Y/n? " She questioned again.

As soon as he heard it he looked at his mother with wide eyes, " How did you? "

His open mouth and surprised look made her chuckle. " Experience maybe , now answer my question what is the fight about? "

" She wants to work and experience something new but I'm not allowing it " He answered truthfully

His mother frowned and asked " Why is that so? "

" Because there are people out there who are difficult to handle. And how will she handle them without me by her side? "

" Taehyung you weren't there in her life before but still she adjusted here. She is living without her parents and brother alone with her aunt. You still weren't there for her. Y/n is a smart girl she is aware about her surroundings. Let her do what she wants to do. If you are going to cage her then I am sorry to say that you are no different than your dad. " His mother's words made an effect in his mind.

" Am I just like my dad? Am I caging her from her dreams? What if she leaves me because of my overprotective behavior? "

He started overthinking in a negative way. His mother read his expression and said, " Go and talk with her again. Communication is necessary. She will understand your feelings too. "

He got up and dashed towards the door but came back and gave a side hug to his mom. " You are the best. Thank you so much. "

His mother laughed and wished him luck. He was now in front of her door.

Taking a deep breath he knocked the door and was welcomed by her aunt.

" Evening aunt. " He greeted her

" Oh evening Taehyung. Are you here to meet Y/n? "

" Yes is she here? "

" Yes she is inside her room , go and solve your dispute. " Aunt Hong encouraged him and he gave her a nervous smile.

" Moonlight " He called her softly while knocking her bedroom's door.

He got no response. Sighing he started speaking, " I am sorry for not understanding you moonlight. Give me a chance to explain myself hm "

The door got open but he was greeted by her blank face. She stepped aside and left the door open indicating him to come inside.

He understood it and went in after locking the door. Sitting beside her on the bed at a safe distance he observed her face.

Puffy and swollen eyes were the sign of her cries. He was now disappointed on himself. He is the reason why she shed tears.

" Moonlight I'm sorry please look at me " He pleaded.

She made an eye contact with him.
" I don't want to cage you Y/n I'm just afraid of the challenges you will face alone. I agree with you for experiencing new things but also am concerned about it. "

" Taehyung I understand it but you will not always be there for me right? The same goes for you even I will not always be there for you, You need to face obstacles alone but I will always be there to comfort you if it gets too much to handle. "

" Even I will be there for you moonlight. And now I understand your point. You can do the part time job if you want. But if it gets too much to handle then you will quit it and focus on your studies and me " He said after giving his boxy smile.

She felt thousands of butterflies after seeing him smile after a while. She nodded and fell back in his arms.

He caught her and lied down on the soft surface of her bed. She was on top of him and he held her tightly kissing her head time to time.

She was getting lost in his heartbeats and he got lost in her scent. Ups and downs were a part of their relationship but together they are gonna solve it.
