Chapter-9 (Call)

Aarushi POV

"So how was he. Did you like him" Neha asked as soon as we settled on our chairs to have lunch.

We came to office canteen for having our lunch. I still didn't inform her that it's a yes from both sides but yeah i informed Rithika when she called me at night after we had our dinner. She was not feeling sleepy so she disturbed my sleep. She is always like this, she always does night outs from college days only.

"Yes. It's a yes from both sides." I said opening my box. The aroma of the food hit my nostrils as soon as I opened the box. My mother is definitely the best cook. I can live my whole life eating her food and nothing else.

"What?? Sachi???" She asked excitedly.
(What?? Really???)
For which I nodded my head in a yes.
She came to my side and hugged me tightly.

"Ruk Mai abhi un dono bandariya ko cal karthi hu" she said taking her mobile into the hands.
(Wait let me call those two monkeys)

I shaked my head hearing the nicknames she gave them. Soon they lift the call and she shared the news with both which is already known to them as Rithika informed Chitra in the morning only just after going to office. She can't keep any news in her stomach.

"Toh hamari gang Mai dusri wicket bhi lag gayi hai" Chitra said teasingly from the other side of the call.
(So the second wicket is also down in our gang)

Neha phone vibrated getting a call.
"Okay guys Neel is calling. Hum baadh Mai baath karenge or aap log Aarushi ke phone pe call karlo" she as soon as she saw her fiance's name on the screen.
(Okay guys Neel is calling me. We will talk later or you guys call on Aarushi's phone)

Yes, Neha is already engaged with her childhood friend Neel.  They make a good pair though.

"Lo abhi bolo aur call aya. Jaye jaye madam baath kar lijiye aapni hone Wale pati se" Rithika teased.
(See, we just said and call came. Go go madam talk with your would be husband)

Neha went to the other side to talk with Neel and I'm talking with these two girls from my phone.

"Arey ha Aaru aaj na tujhe ek unknown number se call aneka chances hai"  Rithika said and I can feel a teasing smile playing on her lips.
(Oh yes Aaru, there are chances of getting a call from unknown number to your phone)

"Mera phone pe? Kiska call ane wala hai??" I asked being confused.
(To my phone? Who's call am I going to get)

"Yeh na tumari number Aadarsh sir ko dekhar aayi thi" Chitra said hitting Rithika's head.
(She gave your number to Aadarsh sir)

"Kya?? Kyu? Kaise? Kabh?" I asked being shocked.
(What? Why? How? When?)

"Aare abhi bhi sir kya bol rahi ho jiju hai abh voh hamare. Aur ha Aaj subha jab jiju ke cabin Mai gayi thi tabh unone pucha tho Mai dedhiya. Waise boss ko tease karne mai mazaa hi kuch hai." She said laughing.
(You are still calling him sir he is our brother in law now. And yes when I went to his cabin today he asked me so I gave your number. By the way teasing the boss was very good)

"Usne pucha aur tumne dedhiya?"
Neha asked being suprised. She came back just before Rithika started telling about how she gave my number to Aadarsh.
(He asked and you gave?)
