Chapter-7 (The Meet)

Meera entered into Aadarsh room to see him all ready in his formals.

"Mera Aadu ready hogaya. Bahut handsome lag raha hai" she said while putting a dot of kajal behind his ear to protect from the evil eyes.
(My Aadu is ready. Your are looking handsome)

Aadarsh gave a smile to his mother.
She sat on the couch placed at one corner of the room. Aadarsh came and sat near her feet and placed his head on her lap.

"Ma Maine bhi mall Mai ek ladki ko dekha tha. Pata nahi kyu jab bhi voh Mere aas paas thi kuch alag sa sukoon mehasoos hua tha. Kal bhi dekha tha tab bhi esa hi mehasoos hua tha"  Aadarsh said while Meera was caressing his head.
(Mom I also saw a girl in the mall. I don't know why but I felt a different
comfort when she was near me. Even yesterday when I saw her I felt the same feeling)

Meera became suprised hearing her son. "Kaisi thi voh?"
(How does she look?)
"Pata nahi maine uska chehara nahi dekha tha" he said in a low voice feeling sad.
(I don't know, I didn't see her face)

"Aadarsh tu pehle hi bata detha, hum Neena ki friend ke yaha rishta nahi bejthe na" she said with a disappointment.
(Aadarsh you must have said this before only, we wouldn't have sent the marriage proposal to Neena's friend home)

"Nahi Ma Maine nahi kaha ki mai iss ladki se nahi milunga. Mai baas aapke sath voh ladki jo mall Mai Mera piche baithi thi aapne family ke saath uske bareme share karna chahta tha" he said lifting his head from her lap and looking at her.
(No mom I didn't say I won't meet this girl. I just wanted to share to you about the girl who was sitting behind me with her family in the mall)

" Kya?? Konsi ladki??" She asked shockingly.
(What?? Which girl??)

" Vahi Jo mere piche baithi thi food stalls ke paas vahi ladki" he said with a dreamy eyes.
(The girl sitting behind me near the food stalls)

"Acha tike. Aab Jo hua so hua. Voh Sabh chod aur chalo jaldhi time ho raha hai. Voh log hamara intazaar kar rahe honge" she said getting up from the couch and moving towards her door.
(Okay fine. Let it go now. We can't change what has happened. Let's leave they might be waiting for us)

Meera was on cloud nine as her son have feelings for the girl she has selected for me him. She thought not to reveal this to him and decided to see his reaction once he saw his bride. Whereas Aadarsh was surprised seeing his mother's reaction which changed from being disappointed to not care about what I said.

Aadarsh POV

We all entered into the Rao's home and took our seats. The house is really amazing. The garden as soon as we entered inside is filled with different kinds of plants and there is a very large tree i don't know that tree name. There was a swing tied to that tree. It was awesome I loved it.
The interiors are also not less every side of the house looks like it has a different stories.
