Chapter-13 (It's not a request)

Aadarsh POV

I'm driving the car to Aarushi house to drop her. Chitra bike got punctured so Chaitanya suggested to drop her at her place.

Aarushi is looking out of the window. She turned towards me and I turned towards the road before she caught me staring at her.

"Can I on the radio" she asked looking at me. I just nodded my head acting like fully concentrating on the road.

She hummed the song which was playing in the radio. Her voice is beautiful. She sings so well.

I still wondered what was written in the chit which chaitanya said she gave him in the college. He was about to tell what was written in the chit but chitra stopped him from telling. She said me to ask Aarushi. Shall I ask her now.

"Aarushi" I called her still looking at the road.

"Ji" she turned towards me.
(Yes)

"Uss chit Mai kya tha" I asked hoping that there should not be anything like I love you or I like you.
(What was there in that chit)

" Voh... " She stopped telling looking at me.

" Ha bolo". I said turning towards her and gave a smile.
(Yes tell)

" Your smile is proof that best things in life are free." She said looking at me.

" What". I asked being surprised with what she said.

" Ha yehi tha us chit Mai. Ek reel dekha tha humne, Jaha random people ko chits dhe kar unke reaction record Kiya tha. Humne bhi try kiya tha us din. Par hum chaitanya ko nahi Dene wale the hum kis aur ko dene wale the par jab chaitanya ko dekha tho jakar dediya. Par uske baad chitra ki reaction dekhni thi masth maja ayatha" she said laughing maybe remembering that day.
(Yes that is what was there in that chit. We saw a reel in which they give chits to random people and record their reactions. We also tried that one day. But we didn't decide to give it to chaithanya, we were going to give it to other person but when we saw chaitanya we gave him. But after that you should have seen chitra's expression, it was fun)

This is the second time she gave an answer in not only one or two words but whole paragraph. I wish she talks like this only with me.

"How chitra reacted that it was fun" i asked looking at her.

"Usko chaitanya...." She bit her tongue from stopping what she was about to tell.
(She chaitanya)

"Yeah tell chitra chaitanya" i asked telling her to continue.

"Ha kuch nahi mujhe nahi pata" she said looking away from me.
(Yes nothing i don't know)

" Sachi" i asked being suspicious.
(Really)

" Ha Mai nahi bata sakthi aapko" she said nervously.
(Yes I can't tell you)

"Tike. Mai tumhe force nahi karunga" i said smiling at her.
(Okay. I won't force you to tell)

Soon we reached her home. We both got down. She moved forward to her home but turned back. She looked confused to see me not following her.

"Aap andhar nahi aaoge"
(Won't you come in)

" Woh tumne nahi bulaya na" i said smiling at her.
(You didn't call me inside)

"Oh aayina sabko acha lagega" she said biting her lips
(Come na everyone will be happy)
