Family Time

     "Do you think I need a car for college?" I ask Zachary as we got ready. "Um, not supposed to tell you this but mom and dad got you a car for college they were gonna gift it to you before you leave." I stop making motions when he reveals this huge secret, "Are you fucking dumb, why would you tell me that?

     "Sorry I couldn't hold it in, but it's a white Mercedes." I big grin sports my face, "Are you serious, fuck yeah dude." I hug him before running to my room finish getting ready.

Salem: I'm getting a car before I leave!!!

Jade: That's rlly good bby. I'm gonna be at your house in like 20 so be ready.

Salem: Ok stay safe, I love you

     She liked my message and I went to get my brother to get ready, "She's gonna be here soon ok." 

     "So what are we doing?" He spoke up from the bathroom, "Um, we are planning to go skating and then go out to eat and some shit." I sit down on the couch by the door before Zachary joins me, "So, you got a girlfriend or something?" I ask him trying to start up conversation like we're strangers. "I'm talking to this girl, her name's Jazmine, she's pretty nice." He smiles in a cringey way, "That's good, I forgot you had game. Just don't be a bitch and ask her out." I smile, flicking him in the forehead.

Jade: I'm here bby

     I stand up after I get the text, "Jade's here let's go," He follows behind me outdoor where we greet Jade with a box of donuts, "Hi baby I missed you, this is Zachary." I kiss her on the cheek before reintroduce them to each other. They shake hands awkwardly and Jade offers him an apple fritter. He takes the food with an appreciative smile and he sits in the backseat, she leans into me putting her hand on my lower back in attempt to kiss me deeply. 

     Usually I let her but my literal brother was watching us. "Hey like I love it when you tongue fuck me but my brother is in the backseat of your car. No PDA just for tonight." She rolled her eyes although understanding and opened the passenger seat for me after giving me the box of donuts, then she got into the driver seat starting up the engine. The car ride was only 15 minutes but it felt as if it was an eternity due to us having the lack things to talk about. 

     "So, Zachary... you know how to skate?" Jade asks trying to fill the void. "I'm actually really good at skating." His mood lighting up almost immediately, "He's being modest he's a fucking pro, it's annoying." I brag about my brother's hidden talent to my girlfriend. 

      "That's cool, I used to skate a lot when I was back in New Mexico but I have skated in a while." Jade responds, pulling into the parking lot of the rink. Getting out the car heading inside the building, Jade grabbed my hand as Zachary walked beside me. 

      Gripping her hand and loosening her hold like I was performing cpr on her hands, she looked down on me. I smiled at her trying to mask my nerves. The skating rink was cooler than the outside. The lack of windows made you forget what time it was, like a casino. Jade slid money across the counter to the mad behind the screen. With the bands he slapped across our wrists we headed to grab our skates. 

     "Jade can I be real with you?" She nodded not bothering to look up from tying her skates. "I lowkey cannot skate." There was a pause before she looked up from her shoes, "You forereal?" She asked slowly on the verge of laughing at me. "It's not that funny," I roll my eyes playfully before setting my own skates to the side.
