Naomi woke up with a huge pounding in her head, as well as still being extremely tired despite sleeping for 13 hours straight.

it was 5pm when she went to her living room and saw Estelle and Brooke eating cereal on the couch. They'd obviously just woken up, too.

Brooke muse have come to their flat with them last night and slept over. Naomi couldn't quite remember.

"Good morning, babes," she said with a raspy voice.

"Good morning," they both said back.

"Are you both feeling as dead as I am right now?" she asked.

The girls nodded with their eyes closed. "We're all violently hungover, I fear," Estelle said.

"Shit, man," Naomi stated before checking her phone to see if she'd sent any embarrassing drunk texts.

She checked her worst fear first - but luckily no texts to Landon.

Then, her second worst fear - but no texts to Vinnie either.

She went into her chat with Chris without being worried because nothing could fuck up what they had going on. He'd definitely just find it funny if she drunk texted him.

Turns out the two of them actually scheduled a second date at 4pm. They were going mini golfing since Naomi had told him it was her favourite thing in the entire world. She had never gone mini golfing before.

"Chris just fucking left me on read?"

"What?!" Estelle exclaimed. "Maybe he's busy and needs some time to answer."

"No, that's weird, though," Brooke chimed in.

Estelle chose to stay optimistic. "Let's give him a little more time, girls. He is still a man after all."

"You're right on that one," Brooke agreed.

But Naomi felt very strange. It wasn't like him at all to just leave her on read. Usually, he'd take time to text her back even if he was busy. The girl could sense something was up.

Estelle went on her phone and opened Twitter. After a few seconds, her eyes went wide. "I think I know why he's not responding."
