The next morning, Naomi woke up to the feeling an empty bed.

She was confused, because after the kiss the previous night, they'd had a long conversation about their feelings and expectations, and the girl felt like they were totally on the same page.

They'd fallen asleep cuddling.

Her questions were answered by Chris coming through the door with two cups of coffee.

"Oh, you weren't supposed to wake up before I got back," he said. "But I got you a latte."

The girl smiled like crazy. "Thank you."

She took a sip and swore it tasted like her exact order.

"Two sugars," the boy told her proudly.

Today was the last day of their trip to San Fransisco.

Nick had found a tour that made them walk around to see the most iconic landmarks and prettiest views, so that was the plan for the day.

They'd leave around 4 and have some fastfood as dinner on their way back.

Naomi woke the boy up and they both got dressed for breakfast.

When she wanted to grab one of her crewnecks to wear, Chris handed her his instead.

He gave her a sheepish smile as she put it on.

"You look so pretty in that."

"Thanks," she smiled back.

The duo went down for breakfast, and their three other friends joined a few minutes after.

"Hey lovebirds," Nick said.

"Hi Nick," Naomi told him with a smile.

The topic of conversation was Claire, and how much hate everyone seemed to cherish for her.

And as if magic, they ran across her when they were leaving breakfast.

"Oh my lord, hey Chrissie," she smiled and went over to hug him.

Nick nudged Madi and said "Oh my god, it's that hoe Clarissa," just loud enough for her to hear.

Chris didn't even motion to hug the girl back, instead put an arm around Naomi's waist and kissed her cheek.

Claire seemed to get the hint and walked right past the group.

"Chrissie, that was so sweet," Naomi told him after.

The boy's face scrunched up in cringe at that nickname. "Never call me that again."

"Okay. Sorry sweetie."

He tried to not let his chuckle at her words show.

The day went by faster than Naomi would've liked. She absolutely loved this group of people, and hanging out with them brought her so much joy.

But she was also dying to see Estelle again and tell her everything that had happened.

It had been hard to not be able to text her to ask for advice or share her joy after certain things that had happened during the trip.

The five friends were sitting in the car, and before Matt started it, he gave Naomi and Chris their phones back.

When the girl turned it on, she was immediately greeted by a lot of messages.
