"So Homecoming by Kanye West is my all time favorite song. I am a firm believer in separating the art from the artist, so yeah. I just love the song. And the entire Graduation album, to be honest.
It was kind of a surprise Unforgettable is already on number two, since I only started streaming it a couple days ago. But I've just been listening to it on repeat, I guess. Always been a banger, though.
On number three is The Spins by Mac Miller, that's mine and Estelle's song. It was playing when we talked to each other at this party for the first time and we've been overplaying it ever since. If you're ever at a party at our house, expect to hear The Spins at least four times a night. It's just our thing.
The rest of the songs aren't really that special. I mean they're all my jams obviously, otherwise they wouldn't be on the list. But I guess there's no real connection. I just like the songs."
*laughs* "Someone asked me what my ideal first date is. I'd have to say a lantern festival, like in Rapunzel. I fucking loooove that movie. If there's no lantern festival, I suppose watching Rapunzel together would be my alternative ideal first date."

After Naomi had uploaded her YouTube video, it was time to get ready for the Hype House party. She was not a huge fan of these people, but a party is a party, and she was craving it.
She walked into the bathroom and saw that her best friend was already halfway done with her makeup.
"Can I borrow your setting powder for a sec? I ran out of mine and my new one didn't arrive yet," Estelle asked.
"Of course you can."
"Good because I already did."
This made Naomi laugh. She kept her makeup pretty light since she wasn't in the mood to spend an hour on her makeup for the fucking Hype House.
When she was done, Estelle spoke up. "Okay, we need you to find a good outfit. One that screams hot girl summer. You can borrow my white mini skirt. And match it with that metallic pink top of yours. So cute!"
The other girl felt obligated to put on these clothes, though she had to admit it was, in fact, very cute. She felt confident that she would have a good night.

When the two girls arrived at the party, the Sturniolo triplets immediately came up to them, as if they'd been waiting for them to arrive.
Nick started talking first. "Thank god you're here. We're surrounded by bozo's."
"So your natural habitat?" Estelle questioned jokingly.
Nick gave her a look. "Very funny."
"I know, I'm hilarious," was the response he got.
Chris turned himself towards Naomi. "I'll show you where to put your coat."
The girl looked at him for a few seconds. "It's fine, I got it." And with those words, she wandered off, looking for the right place.
After wandering around the house for about ten minutes, she gave up. But she didn't want to go back to her friends since it would be too embarrassing to tell Chris she got it and then failing.
So she walked around like a chicken with no head. There were a lot of people, a very crowded party. Naomi got a little overwhelmed.
Then, Carnival by Kanye West started playing and everyone started impersonating the TikTok Rizz Party. This was the girl's final straw. She opened a random door and found herself in a big hallway.
She closed the door again and the music only sounded muffled. This made her finally find her mental peace back.
Naomi went on her phone and went to look back at the pictures Tara posted. Her gaze kept lingering on the picture with Chris.
It just didn't sit right with her how that picture was taken on the same night he comforted her. The same night they danced together. The same night she tried to kiss him. And he rejected her.
It made sense in Naomi's head now. He'd rejected her for Tara and tried to be nice about it after. A boy choosing Tara over her had happened before, so why wouldn't it happen again?
The girl's eyes were still so glued to the picture that she didn't hear a boy walking out of his room and down the stairs, towards her.
