Isabelle had been avoiding Miyagi-do since her tense discussion with Sam, but she decided to visit early before Cobra Kai practice today since she wanted to see how Demetri was doing now that he had been consistently going to Miyagi-do for a week.
Walking in, she hears Demetri whining to Daniel, "How much longer are we doing this? My arms are getting tired, and I've had to pee since before we started." Daniel sighed defeatedly. Demetri has been like this all week, making it almost impossible to teach him any karate.
Isabelle laughed, shaking her head. "Demetri, you can't whine about everything if you're going to learn karate. I mean, you sound like Tantor from Tarzan. 'Are you sure this water's sanitary? It looks questionable to me.'" she playfully teased, hugging him.
Demetri groaned, reluctantly hugging her back. "You know me, I have lots of issues."
"No, you don't. You just don't apply yourself. You think just because you're skinny and considered a loser, you can't be great at karate?" Isabelle asked sarcastically. "Wrong, you can be just as great as the best. Eli did. Miguel did. You just... have to take your own path and figure out your own way of learning."
Demetri scoffed, "Okay, hurtful. But I get what you're trying to say. I'll keep at it. But if I get another splinter, I'm blaming you."
"Call me, and I'll personally come and get them out with the emergency tweezers that I always keep on me just for you," Isabelle replied, ruffling his hair. "Ok, I just wanted to check up on you. I have cobra kai practice soon."

After practice, everyone decided to go to a nearby restaurant. Isabelle, Tory, Miguel, and Aisha sat at a table together while Hawk was sulking a table away, glued to his computer. Tory started to throw ice cubes from her empty cup at him, snapping him out of his brooding.
"Hey," Eli called out lightly, shaking his head before focusing on his computer again.
"Oops, must've slipped out of my hand," she teased before noticing him getting distracted again, "What are you even doing over there?"
Eli squinted as he added finishing touches to his project, replying a few seconds later, "Going all in."
Tory scrunched her face in confusion, offended at his blunt reply and dismissal of her obvious attempts to grab his attention. Isabelle noticed, leaned over, and whispered, "Go over there. It's time to apply Cobra Kai lessons to your life. Go all in and get the guy."
Isabelle's encouragement filled Tory with renowned confidence, and she got up to talk to Hawk, who was taking her already-eaten brownie sundae with her. Miguel nudged Isabelle, raising his eyebrows questioningly.
"What can I say? I love playing cupid on the down low," Isabelle teased, shrugging her shoulders. They both watched as Tory approached Hawk.
"Do you want the rest of this brownie Sunday?" Tory asked, holding up the plate. "Not gonna lie to you. I already ate the brownie and the whipped cream and most of the hot fudge."
Hawk laughed, glancing at the almost empty plate, "So you saved me... the melted ice cream?"
"Yeah, the best part," Tory said as she sat down. Hawk chuckled at her antics before concentrating back on his computer. "Seriously. What are you working on?" Noticing his sudden hesitance, Tory scoffed, "What? Is it something dirty?"
"No! It's nothing dirty!" Eli exclaimed, blushing at her implication.
Tory smirked as she begged, "Show me, show me, show me."
