Mischa's Pov:

"Ooo what about this?" I turn around to face Noel, who is holding up a fuzzy sweater with a cupcake design on it. We're shopping for Connie's birthday, we already got her some little things but Noel was insistent on finding one last thing for her.

"Very cute, she will like!" I reply enthusiastically, in all realness I'm not sure if she'd actually like it or not, but we've already been shopping for 2 hours and I just want to leave this loud mall.

"Hmm.. Yeah I think so too! I'm gonna go pay, wait outside for me hm?" Noel replies, spinning around towards the counter where a very unimpressed looking cashier is glaring at him.

"Mhm, ok!" I say, glaring at the cashier who looks away quickly when he realises I'm looking.

I go outside the store, waiting by the escalators for Noel to arrive. After about a minute, I see Noel skip out of the store and run over to me groaning.

"Ughhh that cashier is SUCH a douche!" He dramatically puts his hand on his forehead, leaning on me as I laugh and support his weight.

"You wanna go to the park now? I think we've done enough shopping for today." He suggests, slinging the shopping bag behind his shoulder.

"Ughh yes please." I reply, groaning at the thought of having to shop for any longer. He laughs at this, and grabs my arm, pulling me along towards the exit to the Mega Mall.

We make our way to the local park, not many people go here as it's quite overgrown, but I find it beautiful. Noel is even more enthusiastic about it, he says it's "artistic" or whatever, I just think it's pretty.

We start walking through the park, talking about what we could bring to Connie's picnic. It's all going well, until I start to feel.. off.

My stomach drops and my head starts to spin. I stop in my tracks, Noel stopping a few steps ahead of me. My vision starts to blur, I can barely hear Noel talking to me as my ears are ringing louder than ever.

"-isch ar-" I can barely make out any words he's saying, but I can hear the panic in his voice. I hold out my arms trying to grab on to anything that'd stabilise me, as my legs start to shake.

I feel Noel grab onto my hands, carefully leading me to a bench a few steps away. He sits me down, my vision still blurred yet the ringing is starting to quiet down, and I can hear Noel more clearly.

"Misch can you hear me?" I can tell he's panicking, so I try my best to reassure him I'm okay. But I don't feel okay.

"..Y-yes" I mumble, just above a whisper. I hear him sitting beside me, his hands reaching my own. We stay there like that for a few minutes, until he finally speaks.

"Do you feel any better?" He asks, I look at him, his expression is hard to read, but I can tell he's worried, he's always worried.

"Mhm.. yeah.. Just- Felt a little dizzy for some reason.." This is partly a lie. The dizziness was true, but it wasn't for an unknown reason. I know why this happened, it's happened before, but if Noel finds out why then he'll just worry more.

"Here, drink this." He hands me a bottle of water out of his bag, as I gratefully take it from him and sip it. He turns his whole body to face me, crossing his legs on the bench.

"..Mischa?" He says this as if he's trying to hold it back, sighing before he speaks.

"Mm?" I hum, turning to face him as well.

"What did you have for breakfast again?" He asks, to anyone else this would seem like he's just asking a genuine question, but we both know why he's asking this.
