Mischa's Pov:

"You ready Misch?" Noel asks, squeezing my hand. Choir is just about to start, and we need to make sure to catch Ricky and Penny before they leave; as they're leaving early to go to the movies. I roll my eyes and tug his hand.

"Of course I am ready! Is just Rickster and Penny! Now come on Poet!" Before he can object, I push the choir room door open and drag him inside, quickly glancing around to find the two people we are looking for. I spot them over by the old couch Father Marcus put in here for us, looking as if they're just about to leave, bags thrown over their shoulders.

"Yo! Rickster! Penny!" I shout, running over to them with Noel trailing behind me, our hands still connected.

"Oh, hello you two! Is everything okay?" Penny asks, tilting her head as she glances between me and Noel with a puzzled look on her face.

"Yes, is all good, just, just me and Poet need to tell you important thing?" I respond, pulling Noel's hand so that he stands closer to me. Penny just stares at him for a few seconds, before the robotic voice of Ricky's text to speech device blares.

'You two are dating, right?' Ricky smirks at us, as neither of us deny it. How- how did they know? What? HUH?-

"He had to give me money." Penny says to me, as if she was reading my mind. Note to self, never say anything bad about Penny in my head, I swear that girl is a psychic. She then turns her head to Noel, her body staying still, like a doll. "And you told me you guys kissed, so naturally, I told Ricky, and we both assumed you'd be dating by the end of the day. We were right, weren't we?" Ricky chuckles silently, as Penny seems to be trying to hold back her laughter.

"Well.. Yes. Gosh, Penny you had me anxious about this all day for no reason!!" Noel wines, throwing his free hand up into the air dramatically, earning another giggle from Penny.

"You're always anxious for no reason, Noel." Penny rolls her eyes sarcastically, before sighing through her nose and grabbing the handles of Ricky's wheelchair.

"Right, we have a movie to get to, we'll see you guys tomorrow?" Penny asks, holding out her fist for me to bump, which I obviously do!

"Yeah yeah, have fun you two." Noel smiles, waving as they start to walk away.

"SEE YOU SOON FELLOW MEMBERS OF AUTISM GANG, YO!" I shout, causing Penny to cackle like a witch as the door slams behind them, Noel giving me a confused look as I act like nothing happened, pulling him over to our spots in the choir.

Penny's Pov:

"Two tickets to 'Deadpool & Wolverine, please!" I ask at the counter, grinning like a small child. Finally, Ricky and I are going on a date! A real date! Sure, we sort of have this mutual crush going on, but the idea of going on a real date with the person I like is so exciting!

I mean, we were gonna go to the arcade but I am sorta kinda banned... Look I needed more tickets, so Ezra faked a seizure again so that I could break into the machine while the workers were distracted, but we got caught!!

Nonetheless, I'm happy with just watching a movie. Especially Marvel, I don't know much about it myself but I know Ricky is obsessed, and has been wanting to see this movie for a while! Once we get our tickets and find out seats, I help Ricky out of their wheelchair and into our spots. We talk (sign) for a while as the adverts play, once the movie starts and the lights dim Ricky pulls out his text to speech app and turns down the volume, so that we can still communicate in the dark.

(Time skip to after the movie cause I don't wanna spoil anything for anyone who hasn't seen that masterpiece)

'That was amazing!' Ricky signs, a huge smile spread across their face. It's starting to get dark out now, the winter climate making the night come quicker than usual.
