Once Tetsu is done

serving me a bowl
of the chicken ramen
with a can of melon
soda.

I thank him and wait
to eat,

noticing that Tetsuya
turns on a small lamp
in the room before
turning off the
huge light.

After this, he sits across
from me on a pillow
and in union we both
eat.

slurping with satisfaction.

"It's nothing that special,
