It had been two weeks since Alex had rushed and saved Trevor from his father. In those two weeks Trevor had been staying with Ale at his house, Alex's mom at first was very shocked but when he had pulled her away and told her the situation she had nothing but open arms for the young boy.
Trevor still wasn't fully out of his shell around Alex, but you could definitely tell that the boy had changed positively. He still got bullied, but with Alex's help, a.k.a intimidation factor, they had certainly been way less frequent, no one said anything behind his back, at least not when he was in the room. Even the shoving was way less, yeah the shoulder shoving in the hallways still happened here and there, but Trevor could just brush it off and say they were trying to hurry to their class, or just didn't see him walking.
Trevor also found out more about Alex. First he found out that Alex was in fact bisexual, which he didn't mind, it just helped him out in his plan to get the guy to be his. Second, he had a lot of online friends, if he and Alex weren't hanging out Trevor could usually find him on his computer, talking to his other friends at his old school, which turned out to not be that far away. Third, It turned out that Alex was eighteen, it shocked Trevor, but that only meant that he was only a year older than himself. Finally, Alex loved to cuddle, it made Trevor giggle, because whenever he woke up and found Alex's arm around him snoring, he would wrestle with the boy trying to get out of bed.
The only thing was that he never ever talked about his old school, it worried Trevor a bit. He would ask him questions and Alex always found a way to change the topic away so that he didn't have to answer. He wondered if something had happened or something. He would talk about his friends but never about why he switched schools, or anything along those lines.
"Alex," He asked the boy as they watched 'The Fosters,' one night, "Do you think I could meet some of your other friends from your old school?" Alex looked over at him with a slight look on his face, "Uhmm, sure let me see if I can get together with them this weekend, okay?" Alex asked and Trevor smiled before cuddling up against Alex's side to continue watching the show. Trevor was happy, even though it was only a Tuesday he was hopefully going to make some new friends this weekend. He didn't know what the weekend had in store for him, it brought a sense of fear but also excitement. He even had a plan to make Alex his before the week was up. It was a stupid Idea in his mind, but if it worked than he would have his first ever boyfriend.
When the show ended they both decided it was time to go to bed, Alex would've told you that it was to get sleep so they would feel refreshed tomorrow at school. Trevor however wanted to start the first steps of his plan tonight.
It took them a bit but they finally were ready for bed and when they got in Alex noticed that Trevor wasn't wearing his normal sleeping clothes. No, this time Trevor got into bed wearing a pair of Alex's boxer briefs, it caused a lump to form in said boy's throat, he gulped and prayed that Trevor didn't hear it. He did hear it and it took everything inside of him not to smile at his success of part one. He got into bed and laid down next to Alex, his head on Alex's chest. "I hope you don't mind that I'm wearing these. All my are dirty so I have to do the laundry tomorrow when we get home from school." He said in a voice so that every time he could, he would sneakily breathe across Alex's chest, sending goose bumps up the other boy's torso.
"I don't mind at all, t-they look good on you," He said his voice caught in his throat. 'Damn, this boy is going to be the death of me.'
Trevor laid his head back down and continued breathing along Alex's chest pretending to be asleep, however in his mind he was having a party.
'Yes! Step one of "Get-Mr.Hottie-All-To-Myself'" has been a complete success' He thought to himself while dancing, in his head of course. They both feel asleep that night, each dreaming of the boy less than a couple inches away from the other.
It had been a couple of hours since they had fallen asleep and Trevor woke up to the sound of someone screaming, when he noticed that Alex was thrashing around and realized he was the one making all that noise he tried to wake the boy up. He reached over to shake the boy, until he head something come from Alex's mouth. "Stop! Caleb! Please, Stop!" It enticed the young boy. Who was Caleb? Was this part of why Alex wouldn't talk about his od school? He had so many questions, and wanted answers, but he couldn't think rationally with his crush screaming out in pain like he was. "Alex," He tried gently, when that didn't work he tried louder, "Alex!" Still nothing. "ALEX!" He yelled and Alex sat up straight so fast and let out a scream, he was sweating profusely, and his breaths were so uneven it scared Trevor.
"What? What's going on?" He said after a few seconds and looked around the room until his eyes fell upon a frightened Trevor.
"A-Are you okay?" Trevor asked, it took a minute but Alex nodded slowly.
"Y-Yeah, I'm fine, just had a bad dream that's all, don't worry about it." He told the younger boy before laying back down and pulling Trevor back down with him. He wrapped his arm back around Trevor and they booth just laid there.
It took a minute, but Trevor finally built up the courage to ask Alex the biggest question that had been on his mind for the past 30 minutes.
"Alex?" He asked, and got a hmm from the older boy, "Who's Caleb?"
