An hour had passed since they had left Cthulhu's Cavern  and they were still a bit of a ways away  from Beelzebub's Castle.

Trevor had finally started laughing and joking, the rest of the group joining in and laughing with him; his smile and laugh had become extremely contagious. They didn't entirely know why they were laughing, but each of them knew that the laughter was helping ease the nerves they felt.

"So what kind of date should we be looking for Trevor?" Maria asked, a small smile gracing her lips.

"I'm not entirely sure," He said quietly and they all stopped to look him, Beelzebub's Castle now standing in front of them.

"Well shouldn't we talk about this clue then? Discuss the clue a bit more and come up with an idea of how we are going to accomplish this?" Areia asked and they all agreed.

"Okay, well Trevor, what do you think? Can you think of any special dates for Alex?" Kyle asked and Trevor sat there thinking to himself.

"His birthday? His Mom's birthday?" He said thinking aloud to himself.

"Okay when is his birthday?"

"October 31st?" Areia said and everyone looked at her. "What I've known him for almost ever! Of course I would know his birthday!"

"Wait, he was seriously born on Halloween?" Lily's face filled with astonishment, before it spread even wider until it broke into a small fit of giggles which she tried to hide behind her hands.

It wasn't long before everyone else joined in and started laughing, everyone except for Trevor who stood there and just shook his head.

They spent hours in Beelzebub's Castle; looking up and down, left and right, every directions trying to find a sliver of a clue to give any indication that they were on the right path.  Trevor's heart finding new weight with each passing moment. It wasn't until he had mentally given up and had stood up to tell the rest of the group the news when he heard his name called out.

"Trevor!"

He looked around to see which one of his friends had just called for him. Upon seeing that it was Kyle who was beckoning him over to the wall of drawers in which the bodies are held. As he got closer he was able to notice that one of the drawer doors were lightly open. He opened the door slowly, almost as if whatever was inside was going to disappear with a single sudden movement.  When the door was open just enough that everyone was able to see inside, the first thing that popped out to them was the tag that was tied around the biggest toe. The tag on the toe read, "Name of Deceased; Dylan Dirk. Cause of Death; Asphyxiation. Date of Death; October 31st 20__."

"Why is there still a body here from October 31st?" Kyle thought aloud.

"We are on a life or death scavenger hunt for my boyfriend who's been kidnapped by his psychotic ex, and you want to question a body's toe tag??" Trevor asked him, sarcasm dripping with every word that made Kyle's cheeks burn scarlet with embarrassment.
