i open my eyes and gasp. i start looking around, "hey. hey you're ok. you're still here" bellamy says rushing to me, "thanks to you, how long have i been asleep?" i ask. he rubs my leg, "a few hours" he mumbles. 

"i'm so sorry jules. i knew you were a target. i didn't protect you, i let you go off with that doctor. and- and i didn't stop you" i sit up and he holds my hand. "bell, you saved me" he looks away. "so how do we save everyone that i left behind?" he asks.

"you know if you didn't i'd be dead. they all would, echo, aurora. josephine would've made sure of it. your plan was good"

"my plan was to use josephine's mind drive to bargain for peace. and now there's no mind on the drive"

"we don't need the mind drive. we've got me" he shakes his head. "no way"

"bellamy, if we don't give russell his daughter back-"

"julia, as soon as he realizes you're not her, which will be the second you walk through the door and he checks the drive. you're dead" he yells,

"so let's put it back in" gabriel says. "that's not happening. we appreciate what you did for us, but it's our people. we'll take it from here"

"this isn't just about our people, bell" "well it is for me julia!" i look away, and octavia comes into the tent. "good. everybody's awake. so what's the plan?" she looks around and i look at bellamy.

he sighs. i grab his hand. "i'll be fine bell"

i look at octavia then gabriel. "come on" i grab his hand and walk away from them, i look at him. "this is how we save our people. and theirs"

he looks at me. "i just got you back, i don't want to lose you again" he grabs my face. "bell, you won't"

he looks at both of my eyes. "i can't let you get hurt again" i sigh. "bell i'll be fine. i know more about josephine then i should. i think i can pretend to be her" he shakes his head, "i can't be ok with it. but if we have to do that plan, i need to know i did this" he leans down and kisses me. i close my eyes and immediately ease into the kiss. it's soft. gentle, like he wants me to know he's been waiting for this. like if he could kiss me one last time he doesn't want it to end,

i pull away and his forehead connect with mine, "what about echo?"

"we broke up. she understands" he mumbles. i nod, "i love you julia. and i won't let you go risk your life after almost losing you"

"you won't this plan will work" he closes his eyes. i grab his hand from my face, "hey" i move his hand to my chest where my heart is. "i'm alive. i'm right here, thanks to you" he lets out a deep breath, "i love you bell"

"i love you more jules"

"always" we mumble at the same time. i chuckle and kiss him again.

he grab his face and his hands move to my waist, he pulls away grabbing something, he shows me the necklace his mother gave me. "my necklace, how did you?"

"i made josephine give it to me. i didn't want someone who stole your body to be wearing the necklace that has my initals" i smile and look at him, "will you put it on me?" he nods. i turn and hold my now red hair up and he puts the necklace over my head onto my neck, he claps it together and i turn back around. 

"let's go save our daughter"

we're all standing by the table thinking of a plan. "you're a nightblood, you can walk through the shield at any time and lower it. why haven't you?" i ask. "because he doesn't want to kill the people inside. he wants to save them, and they'll die to protect the primes"
