3rd Pov

it had been a long day and both Ant and Velvet where exhausted, so they were currently sitting together on the couch legs intwined and Ant practically on Velvets lap as they scrolled through Netflix looking for something to watch. 

"Uhm what about.... The Exorcist?" Velvet suggests resting his chin on top of Ants head. "I haven't seen it in ages, I love this movie." He continues.

Ant looks up at the TV and nods, "sure I don't think I've seen it." Ant says putting his phone down as Velvet turns the movie on then pulls Ant even closer.

after a few minutes a jump scare comes, and Ant lets out a little yelp and buries his head into velvets chest automatically, after a few seconds Ant pulls his head back a blush coating his cheeks, "um I- uhm this movie is g-great." he says not making eye contact with Velvet out of embarrassment.

Velvet just stares down at him for a few seconds then starts laughing, "a-are you okay??" he says trying to stop himself from laughing as Ant elbows him in the stomach lightly, "don't laugh at me!! I just don't do well with... jump scares." Ant says crossing his arms and going to move away from Velvet. "W-wait no." Velvet says pulling him back towards him, "I'm sorry, I won't laugh." he say pulling Ant back onto his lap and holding him close, "ill protect you from the big scary man!!" he says trying to stay serious, but then after a look from ant he decides he isn't ready to die yet, and he will just hug him.

Ants Pov

'This is the worst movie in the history of the world!!!!' I think as I cover my face with Red's hand holding it over my eyes, "c-cutie maybe we should turn this off." he suggests but I can't let him know I'm scared, I'm covering it up really well (sarcasm) so I do little mocking laugh, "why are you scared??" I ask smirking then screaming as another jump scare pops up, I blush deep red when I feel Red rub my back soothingly, "there, there... um you know what I am scared I don't think I can watch." Red says grabbing the remote and clicking the off button, I slowly remove my hands from my face and looking up at him, "thanks," I mumble resting my head on his shoulder his hands wrapping around my waist and pulling me even closer.
