READERS POV:

You knew what you were apart of was evil. It was sinister, sadistic, just straight up vile but you didn't care. Ever since you met Kai, you devoted your time towards him.

Worshipped him, kissed his feet.

He was your savior and you loved him. He told you he loved you back but...

So you thought however, unfortunately all good things come to an end and it was a hard fact to face. Your shiny new air must've faded because as you turned around on the basement couch you saw Kai bringing down a new person, a woman.

"Everyone, Meet Natasha" Kai announced walking into the living room holding her hand.

You chewed on the inside of your lip as your eyes surveyed her, taking in her appearance. Judging her, as you stared the jealousy was just starting to bubble and you tried your best to keep it down.

Everyone introduced themselves except you earning a warning look from Kai.
"Y/N.. say Hi to our newest member"
"Hello, I'm Y/N nice to meet you" You snapped out of it. You felt anxious like you disappointed Kai just now.

Your eyes traveled back to Natasha, she was tall and blonde with a flower tattoo going down her right arm.
You couldn't help but admit she was beautiful but your stomach turned knowing, Kai was going to give her all his attention now.

"Natasha here is going to stay with us and I expect you to all be on your best behavior. The elections are coming up, I don't want to have to stress out" Kai announced glancing quickly towards you. He knew you, you couldn't hide your jealousy.

Divine Ruler loved you and only you...right?

"Y/N show Natasha to my bedroom, you'll be expected to switch to the basement now"

You nodded, feeling sick in the pit of your stomach at the thought of sleeping away from Kai but you sucked it up and walked Natasha upstairs.

"Kai is so nice isn't he?" Natasha asked from behind you.

You rolled your eyes, it was all apart of his act you knew the drill for new people but tried to remain calm. You walked her to Kai's bedroom and turned around stopping in the door frame. You couldn't help the jealousy raging from within.

"This act won't last for long, I'll be back up here sleeping next to our Divine Ruler" You quipped and pushed past her leaving her alone in Kai's room.

The next morning, you woke up on the downstairs floor in a sleeping bag surrounded by the rest of Kai's cult members. Your back was hurting from sleeping on the ground. As you leaned up to stretch you gasped as you looked over to see Kai watching you. He sat in a chair just a couple feet away leaning over with his hands clasped.

"Divine Ruler..." you whispered.

"Natasha told me last night about what you said to her" Kai stated firmly, he looked intense.

"Oh.." You whispered and looked away towards the floor.

Kai scoffed and walked slowly towards you kneeling at your side. "Is this how we behave now?"

"Kai" You whispered softly, ashamed of yourself.
"Don't interrupt me when I'm speaking Y/N" Kai whispered loudly and abruptly grabbed you out of your sleeping bag dragging you into the downstairs bathroom. He was mumbling nonsense under his breath and he threw you into the bathroom and piled in himself and locked the door.
