Branch's Pov
It's time to face my grandma. This is going to be more difficult than I expected. I took Poppy's hand in mine and knocked on her door. Cooper opened the door and let us in.
"Grandma."
"Branch! Oh thank god." She said and she got out of her bed and hugged me. "Are you okay?"
"I could have been better. Grandma I'm so sorry. I know that you're totally mad at me right now."
"I'm not mad about what happened with you and Creek. I know that this was unavoidable. He could have killed you, both of you. I'm mad that you didn't tell me the truth earlier."
"I couldn't tell you. Poppy was going to marry Creek. What would I tell you: "You know, grandma, me and Poppy, Creek's fiancé, are secretly dating because Creek is insane and Poppy can't marry him." ?"
"Wait. You two were dating from the beginning? Before Creek and Poppy got married?"
"Uh....kinda." I said and I heard Poppy giggle. I turned around and saw her blushing like crazy.
I'm so glad that my grandma is still herself and that she's not disappointed in me. She told me the truth about my parents and apologised to me for choosing Creek to be King and not me. When I heard what happened between my parents and Creek's dad, my uncle, I started tearing up, but I tried to hide it. Poppy noticed, of course, and she hugged me from behind and kissed my cheek.
Then something unexpected happened.
Poppy's Pov
After Branch's conversation with his grandma, me and Branch exited her room and Branch couldn't peep out a word.
"Branch?"
"Y-yeah?"
"What are you going to say to her?"
"I-i-i don't know. This doesn't feel right anymore. I feel so guilty. What do you think I should do?"
"Say yes."
"What?"
"You don't have to worry about anything. You're going to be an amazing King, Branch. No one knows the trolls and the kingdom's needs better than you. As for your emotions, I totally understand. But, the trolls need you. Now more than ever. You can't let them down."
"You really think that I could do it?"
"I do."
"If I'm going to do that, I want you to know that I'm doing it just for you."
"That's my boy. Also, there's something I have to tell you."
"What is it?"
"My dad is here."
"So?"
"He's here to pick me up. I'm leaving, Branch. I'm going back to flower kingdom."
"Okay. When are you going to come back?"
"I'm not going to come back."
"W-what!? Why!?"
"Branch, all this mess happened because of me and you ended up being miserable. I can't stand seeing you like this, because you deserve to be happy. More than anyone else. And....."
God I can't do this.
"......if my leaving is going to make you happy then I'm okay with that. I just want you to know that I love you." I said and I started running. I couldn't even see his reaction.
I came down the stairs and found my dad, who was waiting for me in the carriage.
Branch's Pov
What just happened? She's joking right? I need her. I need her here, with me. I can't let her leave.
"Poppy!!!!!!" I said and started following her.
"Poppy, wait!!!!!"
I came down the stairs and went to the front yard but the carriage had already left. I lost her.

"I need a horse."
Poppy's Pov
I can't believe that I left him. I know that I'm going to regret that. But, he's going to be better without me. Me and my dad arrived to flower kingdom and got out of the carriage. Then I heard a familiar and beautiful voice. No, it can't be. I'm just hallucinating.

Like it's never been rocked
And now I'm leaving just for her
And I won't ever stop
No,I'm not hallucinating. Branch is standing right here.
I never thought that it could happen

"Branch? What are you doing here? You followed me all the way here?"
"I would go to the end of the world for the girl that saved my life."
"What are you talking about?"
"Poppy, you said that you want me to be happy, but I can't be happy without you. I need you in my life."
"Branch, I ruined everything."
"Actually, you fixed everything. You saved everyone. You saved me from Creek. I couldn't do any of these things, that you praise me for, without you. So what do you say? Will you come back to pop Kingdom with me and be the Queen to my King?"
"..........Of course."
