After a few days, Solana and Jungkook were able to finally go home with their baby. Thankfully, the birth was successful and no sudden complications got in the way. Jordan was able to latch on quite easily to Solana, seeing that she was lactating as she should be. When they finally did leave, Solana felt a bit...weird. She was always so used to knowing Jordan was inside her, just growing and resting as she should be.

But now that she could hold her daughter in her arms, it was a weird but good feeling. Seeing the baby her and her boyfriend created together, seeing both their features and all. Solana's mother was right, it was one of the most painful experiences, but it was such a beautiful memory to see her little girl in her arms for the first time.

Having a baby at home was something both Solana and Jungkook had to get used to. It used to be just them (plus bam), but now they had a daughter. Solana was thankful her mom was still around, she would usually call her for advice or questions she had about the baby. The routine of breastfeeding did get easier as the days went on. Solana set up a proper schedule of when she would feed Jordan.

Jordan slept in a bassinet next to their bed every night, the couple knowing that it would be a few months before she was ready to sleep independently. Doctor Dillard told her that she would most likely be ready to sleep by herself around four to six months of age, but she then added that every baby is different and some can take longer to adjust to sleeping in their crib than others.

Dillard suggested that if they became curious at one point if Jordan was ready, that they should look for signs of self-soothing. If she's able to soothe herself back to sleep if she suddenly wakes up in the middle of the night without their assistance.

The parents were also told a few weeks before having Jordan that she may have colic the first few months after she was born, but she was usually quiet. She obviously had her moments throughout the night of crying but only when she needed something, like her diaper changed or needing to be fed.

Both Solana and Jungkook were relieved that she didn't have colic, but of course they called the doctor to ask if it was normal. They were told that colic only affects 10 to 40 percent of infants, so there wasn't much to worry about with their baby.

Jordan was a rather happy, relaxed baby. Sometimes Jungkook or Solana would get her to smile, showing her tiny gums as she did so. She would make small noises when her mom or dad held her, as if she was trying to speak to them but they all but cooed and agreed to whatever she was trying to communicate.

And when Solana held Jordan close in her arms, she reminded herself over and over in her head she was doing a good job, that she was trying her best at being a first-time mother.

It was an early morning and Solana was already up and out of bed. Today, she was going to Busan for a conference meeting. Since the idea she presented months ago was passed successfully by Busans meeting team, she gets to present her joint venture idea in Busan with their marketing building.

Solana was excited about it, considering she would get to share her idea to others that she worked hard on. But she was a bit worried because it would be a four-day trip. Many officials and retail business wanted to meet with her so it was going to be a longer trip than previously planned.

It would be her first time away from Jordan since she gave birth to her and Solana found herself growing a bit paranoid.

And it wasn't that she didn't trust Jungkook, she trusted that man with everything. But he was a first-time father after all, learning along the way just as much as she was.
