After four days of ignoring Bakugou, he had stopped texting the Bakusquad group chat. He realized he wasn't going to get an answer.

After a week, he didn't leave his room unless it was to get food or go to class. He figured the class didn't want him in their space at all.

Two weeks went by, and nobody had even looked in his direction. He had long given up on his homework, his thoughts too full of his own mistakes to think of anything else.

'Did I say something recently to upset the entire class?'

'Why won't they even look at me? Am I that disgusting?'

'Will they be angry if I ask them for the notes I missed in class? Should I even keep going to class?'

'Are they mad at me because I can't hear? Am I just a liability? Is my disability just dragging the whole class down?'

'Does everyone blame me for the end of All Might? They said they don't, but what if they lied to make me feel better about myself? I don't deserve to feel better about myself.'

He couldn't think of any reason for class completely shutting him out, besides it being his own fault, but he couldn't think of anything bad enough. What could he have possibly done to deserve this? Did his friends forget that this is how he shows affection? He has never directly told someone that he cares about them, beside his close friends and his parents. He tells them through aggression. He knows it's not the best way, but he thought that it got the point across. It's how his mother does it, and he knows that she loves him.

"Can we please just stop doing this already?! He doesn't even leave his room anymore!" Mina shouted at the class. The whole class, except for Bakugou, is in the common room.

"Mina's right, you guys," Kirishima began, "this can't be good for him. He's definitely not too harsh anymore, so can we just talk to him again?"

"Awe, can't we just go a little longer?" Uraraka asked, "Just to see how nice he can get, y'know?"

Most of the class looked a little skeptical.

It was Tsu who finally said something, "No, Ochako. I get that Bakugou can be mean, but he doesn't deserve this. We should stop."

Then Midoriya spoke, "I agree. We shouldn't be doing this to him. Kacchan can be mean, but he doesn't mean it, and I know that. He's only mean to show he cares."

The class looked over to Uraraka, watching her face go between anger and sadness. She feels bad for doing this to Bakugou, but she's enjoying it. She wants him to be nice, and if this is the only way to do it, then so be it.

"But guys, it's actually working! He could be a different person in just a few more days!"

"But that's just it," Denki stepped in, "we don't want him to be a different person. We like Kacchan just the way he is! Yeah he can be harsh, so what? Everyone gets angry, so why should we shame him for that, huh?"

Denki's words made Uraraka stop to think. Is trying to make him a nicer person also shaming him for knowing his own boundaries? Will this even make him nicer, or will he just become even crueler? Is he really only rude to show that he cares about us?

"I..." Uraraka spoke, looking down at the floor, "I think he should be a different person." Everyone looked quite shocked at her words.

Just a few seconds after Uraraka finished speaking, Bakugou walked into the kitchen, and everyone went silent.

It's Bakugou's turn to make dinner, and he's making curry like he does every time. He didn't want to leave his room, but he knows he shouldn't avoid his responsibilities, and maybe the class will talk to him if he makes them a good meal.

It was 4:00pm when he started cooking, and 5:30pm when he finished. It's hard work cooking for 20 people by yourself.

He set the table and dished out everyone's food. He set out water glasses filled with ice, and put extra condiments on the table.

Once everything was ready, he looked to see that no one was in the common room.

He texted the class group chat to say that dinner was ready. He waited five minutes, and no one replied or came downstairs.

He figured they just hadn't checked their phones, so he sat down and began eating by himself.

He finished eating, and still nobody came. The ice in their cups had melted and the food was now cold.

He decided that there's no point in wasting perfectly good food, so he scraped every bowl of curry into tupperware containers to put in the fridge, hoping they would eat it later. He washed the dishes and tidied up the table, leaving the kitchen spotless.

Walking back up to his room, he felt disappointed. Usually everyone loved his curry, and nobody ever skipped out on dinner.

He made it to his room, and slammed the door when he got inside. He wants to make sure the whole damn building knows how frustrated he is.

He wasn't really expecting anyone to come check on him, but it hurt him a little when no one did.
