Patrick was sitting in front of a fire pit. To his left was Darius and to his right was hie sister Mia. Patrick was roasting marshmallows smiling.
"Cheers to the end of the war." Mia said holding up her marshmallows. "Cheers to the end of the League."
"Here here." Darius said raising his marshmallows. "I'll go look for more firewood."
Darius stood up and left leaving the siblings alone together.
"So... how was your date with Ben?" Patrick asked. Mia giggled.
"Amazing. He kept talking about these crazy theories on this website call Dark Jurassic." Mia explained.
"Well, that website is a reason we found this place." Patrick said smiling. Mia smiled at her brother.
Starling City
Present
Ben drove down the road of the bright city. It was daytime so thankfully the crime rate was low.
"Make a left here." Darius said as Ben turned left. "It should be a little bit down the road."
Sammy entered the front of the van before sighing.
"I'm really worried about Patrick." Sammy said shocking the two. "His sister died, and he spent most of the year helping us through it, barley mourning her and Brooklyn."
Darius sighed.
"I have heard reports that the Green Arrow has been a lot more, uh..." Darius started.
"Brutal?" Ben asked.
"Yeah." Darius said nodding. "Brutal."
"And with Yaz leaving ..." Sammy started but stopped herself.
"We're here." Ben said parking in front of the building with the sign that said: Prehistoric Displacement Shelter.
Everyone hopped out of the van and admired the building.
"The PDS." Ben said in awe as the three walked towards the two doors.
"A place where people can go to after they'd been forced from their homes." Darius said. "Funded by Patrick Grady."
Sammy opened the two doors where they saw the front desk. Sammy walked up to the man on the desk who looked up at her.
