Yaz took a deep breath and stared forward. She stuck her hand out but flinched when she heard Kara roar, almost as if she was right next to her.

She took another deep breath as her mind flashed back to the Scorpios Rex. She slowly stuck her hand forward again as she heard snarling.

"Okay..." Yaz breathed out slowly reaching forward. She saw visions of her father, Adrian Chase fighting Patrick with his sword.

She looked down as she fully extended her arm with her eyes closed. She felt scaly skin on her palm. She opened her eyes and locked eyes with the Stegosaurus who bellowed as if it were confused.

Yasmina laughed at herself.

She did it.

"Whoa."

"Nice."

Yaz turned to the two voices and saw Brooklyn and Mia approaching the stegosaurus.

"That was amazing." Brooklyn said.

"I knew you could do it." Mia said.

Yaz chuckled.

"Thanks." Yaz said. "I wouldn't go that far, but it's a process."

Mia laughed.

"Yaz, you're being way too hard on yourself." Brooklyn said patting the stego's snout.

"Agreed." Mia said.

"Didn't we agree not to...?" Yaz asked before sighing. "I thought me, and Patrick were done with dinosaurs once we left the island. Now they follow us right back home. God... I was fine before. Then the war... Lockwood... why is it so hard again?"

"I know, right?" Brooklyn asked. "I don't think any of us expected this to be our lives."

"It's hard to adapt to such a big change." Mia said.

"I'm just... glad you two found this place." Yaz said. "I've never heard of Dino Immersion Therapy, but I'm clearly the target demographic."

"That's because Patrick just made it for you." Mia retorted causing the two girls to laugh.

"As much as we love hanging out with you though... is there any particular reason why we're here, and not Patrick?" Brooklyn asked.

Yaz's smile faded.

"He's just, too busy. With the war against the League, to taking down Adam Hunt, Brick, Bronze Tiger, that Firefly guy and..." Yaz ranted. "He's too busy for me. And he does too much important work for me to interrupt him. He saves the city. I can't pull him away from that."
