Does it feel like everything's just like second-best after that meteor strike? And what's that, that I heard, that you're still with her.

Tanjiro kept trying to convince the demon boy that Nezuko was beautiful almost the entire way there. Y/n eventually got annoyed by this and told him that she thought Nezuko was gorgeous, but he needed to convince the demon. Nezuko didn't seem to care about the whole situation.
Almost every step they took Tanjiro tried something to prove that Nezuko was beautiful. It was kind of hilarious to y/n. He also said that the demon was probably blind.
"Oh, I know what it is! It's the muzzle, right?" Tanjiro exclaimed. "It might be because of the muzzle!" The demon boy stopped at a dead end as Tanjiro spoke to him. Ignoring the fact that they had stopped, Tanjiro grabbed his sister's face and took off her so-called muzzle.
"I present to you, Nezuko without the muzzle!" Tanjiro held his hands out to present her to the demon boy. The demon, ignoring Tanjiro, stepped into the wall. Now Tanjiro and Nezuko were paying attention to where they were.
The demon poked his end through the wall, "hurry up before anyone sees." Then he disappeared again. Y/n decided to test it out and put her hand through the wall, then her whole body. Tanjiro and Nezuko exchanged glances before following their friend. On the other side of the wall, there was a house. It was tall and western, the front porch light was on and above it was a piece of paper with an odd symbol on it.
"There's a house behind the dead end," Tanjiro commented as if he was the only one seeing it.
"Get over here!" The demon demanded, standing in front of the door. Tanjiro, Nezuko, and y/n quickly sashayed themselves over to him. New surroundings appeared around them, a large yard, a tall house, and come trees around the edge of the property.
"Listen," the demon instructed, invading Tanjiro's personal space. "Do not offend her in any way. Honestly, I don't really care what happens to you, but she asked me to bring her here."
Well, this is going to be fun, y/n thought to herself.
"Right..." Tanjiro replied, trying to be nice to the demon who was clearly mean. The demon led us inside and y/n shifted closer to the Kamado siblings incase anything went wrong. The doors slammed shut behind them, making Tanjiro and y/n whip their heads to it, then back at each other. Nezuko showed clear confusion to the two, wondering what they were so afraid of.
The house was pretty, beige walls and dark wood floors. The demon made no hesitant movement, probably wanting to make the trip as quick as possible. Y/n kind of agreed.
"I have returned," the demon spoke ever so gently. Tanjiro and y/n exchanged confused looks at the demon's tone.
"Welcome back," the demon doctor in the room replied, wandering the room. The women who had been attacked laid in the bed beside her. She was stable now, sleeping.
"I'm sorry I left everything for you to take care of," Tanjiro apologized, his eyebrows furrowing in worry. "How is the women?"
"She will be fine. Her husband, on the other hand, has to be restrained in the basement," the demon doctor explained. For some reason, y/n couldn't feel any emotions coming from the demons in front of her. Ever since y/n met Nezuko, she couldn't feel anything. When y/n really focused on trying, she just felt numb, so eventually she gave up.
"Is it difficult for you to treat people's wounds?" Tanjiro questioned after a bit of silence. Y/n thought it was a decent question to ask, but the demon boy thought differently. He swiftly hit Tanjiro in the chest. Tanjiro winced in pain, his breath being taken away from him. Y/n wanted to intervene, but she thought that it was a bad idea. So, she inched closer to Nezuko to protected her if the demon boy tried anything.
