It's been 3 weeks since the car accident, Jade was a bit annoyed since Beck treated her like a child, but he was afraid that she would injure herself with just one move
Beck and Jade spent endless hours on apartment listing websites, looking for an apartment that's suitable for them
After a couple of hours Jade finally found a suitable place
"Oh oh Beck look!"
"What what is it?"
"There's an apartment listing in Beverly Hills, Which is close to UCLA , it has 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a big living room, a nice kitchen, and a laundry room as well"
"Well Beverly Hills is an expensive place to live in and that seems too good to be true, how much is rent?"
"Let's see..oh it's $2,000 a month, and renters don't have to pay property tax"
"That's not bad, considering it's Beverly Hills"
"Yeah not bad at all,I can book an appointment with the landlord, so that we can check the place out"
"Oh yeah book it"
"Okay..so tomorrow afternoon we'll head there"
"Perfect"
Jade looked down on her bump
"Well Bear's excited that's for sure"
"She's kicking?"
"Oh yeah"
Beck rested his head on her thighs and spent half an hour just talking to their baby bear
"You know, Bear is cute but not ideal for a name"
"Yeah, I was thinking of a few names last night"
"Let me hear some"
"Well there's Zoya, Amelia, Hazel, Aya"
"I like them a lot their really cute, how about we mashup Zoya and Aya?
"So you mean..Zaia?"
"I love it, what do you think Bear?"
The baby kicked her mother's womb, as if she's agreeing with the name choice
Jade laughed
"I love you Z-Bear"
"So that's it? That's her name"
"I guess so yeah, Zaia West Oliver"
Jade looks at her bump smiling
"Your name's so pretty Z"
"A pretty name for a pretty baby"

The next day was Saturday, which was perfect considering they didn't have school
In the afternoon Beck and Jade got in the car and headed towards the apartment
When they arrived they were greeted by the landlord, who was a very sweet elderly woman, she greeted them with drinks and made them feel at home
(Landlord)
"Oh hello I've been expecting you"
"Hi Ms.."
"It's Mrs Winter, but you can call me Mary"
"Hi Mary, thank you for these drinks it's very sweet of you"
"Oh don't be silly, come! Come in take a look around"
Beck and Jade walked around the apartment in awe, it was everything they were looking for these past few months, even the furniture was amazing
After looking around for a bit, Mary turned to them
"So..what do you think?"
"Mrs Wi-, Mary it's perfect, it's exactly what we've been looking for in an apartment, even your furniture is amazing"
"Yeah it's a perfect place to raise our little bear"
Beck wrapped his arms around Jade's waist from behind, cradling her bump
"Oh congratulations you 2, your gonna have a very beautiful baby, and I'm glad you liked it..the reason I bought and am renting this apartment is for people like you"
Jade got a bit defensive
"What do you mean like us?"
"People who are trying to live in an apartment which is big enough for them, the place is perfect to live on their own or raise their families in, and still have enough money to pay for rent and have enough for themselves"
"Your an angel for this, you know that right?"
"Oh no sweetie, I'm doing this because I was in the same situation, except the father of my baby left me alone and I had no where else to go, it's not about the money for me it's about you living your life comfortably without worrying about anything, especially for a place to live in"
Beck and Jade where in awe of what they heard
"I'm mostly targeting young mothers, or single mothers since I know it's usually hard for them to balance everything"
"You got that right"
"It's perfect, let's talk rent"
"Well whatever you are capable of paying I will receive"
"I'm sorry what?"
"No need to worry, I put 2,000 on the website because it wouldn't let me write 'Negotiate', but whatever it is you have I'll receive it"
"Well we think the price you put on the website is pretty good"
"Yeah rent is $2,000 in Beverly Hills is amazing"
"So it's settled, your monthly rent will be $2,000"
"Alright, thank you so much"
"You can come over at anytime to move your stuff in, but just make sure you give me a call beforehand"
"Of course"
Mary pulled out a card
"Here's my phone number, if you're in need of anything just give me a call"
"Thank you Mary"
"Don't thank me sweetheart, I'll give you time to look around some more"
Mary left the apartment
"Babe it's perfect, this room would be our bedroom and the baby will stay with us in the beginning, this room would be the nursery, and this one would be a guest bedroom"
"Is this it?"
"I guess it is"
"I can't wait to move in with you"
"Me too baby"
