David walked briskly to the ship and then just walked in, he wasn't wasting any time before he was in front of Killian, Emma and Henry. "I know....you probably don't want to see me" he walked over to Emma and placed a hand at the bottom of her leg. "I'm sorry...I'm really sorry" he said hiding the knuckles that were bruised in his jacket.

Kilian growled a little and stood up, protectively holding onto Emma's hand, he wouldn't het him hurt her again. "I care nothing for your apologies. Now go" Killian said turning back to face his work, eyes skimming over what he'd Found, this was definitely giving to work.

Emma tried to open her eyes as much as she could even though all she wanted to do was sleep but gave a small nod to let Killian know she understood what he said. That was when her eyes turned to face the person who came walking into the ship. “David?” She whispered at first thinking maybe it was the fever getting to her but by the way that Killian held her hand and spoke she knew he was really there. Emma let her eyes close slightly before hearing his words but she didn’t say anything for a few minutes before she said. “I’m sorry for lying..” she whispered, one hand resting against her side over her wound while the other held into the pirates hand.

Henry didn’t say anything, he just sat up and watched as he pushed a few strands of hair from Emma’s face but he figured this was for those three to work out so he thought he would just stay quiet.

David nodded and watched Killian work, he was trying badly to keep his temper, he gave a small smile to Henry and then turned to the pirate, glad that Emma didn't seem to want to fightt anymore, not today at least. "What's wrong with her?"  He asked stepping beside hook and placing a hand on her forehead, he shook his head when she apologised. He reached out and took her hand. "there's no need to apologise love." He said to Emma and placed a hand on her forehead, she was really burning up. "I'm sorry...I let my anger get the best of me. But I promise that's all done with now" he said and cupped her cheek saying that she couldn't stay.

Emma looked up at David although she could feel herself wanting to fall asleep but she tried to keep her eyes opened since she didn’t want to yet. Henry was sat on the bed in his same spot as he watched them before telling David “she’s gotten a fever.” He said although he could tell Hook had been trying to not do anything to David even though he knew Hook was still angry with him.

When Emma felt him grab her hand, she gave a small squeeze although it was weak. She didn’t forgive David for everything that was said since a lot of it still hurt but the fever was making her tired and not want to fight with him. Her other hand kept reaching for the pirates arm or hand like she was still making sure that he was still there next to him. “Is it?” She murmured hearing him say his temper was behind him and hoped that it would mean he was coming to accept the relationship and that her and Hook were staying together no matter what he said.

David gently held her hand and nodded at her question, he knew the fever would probably be a big part of her talking to him right now but he didn't question it. "I...it is" he replied and reached out tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear. He looked down at his knuckles which were badly bruised and slightly cut but then looked back at his daughter. "It'll take me some time to.... try...but I'm trying" he said looking over at Hook giving him a small nod watching him take care of Emma.

Killian placed his hand on top of Emma's and leaned forward, kissing her cheek. "I'm here love. I'm still here" he said, he pressed another wet cloth to her forehead and checked her pulse, he either needed to cook her down or make her really warm to sweat it out. "Emma love, how are you feeling?" He asked worriedly after briefly nodding back to David, he still wasn't okay with what he did by a long shot but he had more important things to deal with right not.
