Part 92

Oberoi mansion.
Shakti parked his car at the parking lot in the mansion and left.

Dining set.
Tejvi,Pinky and Kalyani were eating.

Shakti was about to leave when Kalyani saw him and stopped him.

"Shakti....dear....where are you going....come and sit and dine with us," Kalyani asked.

"Coming mom...but first I'll go and take a shower....I stink so bad....then I'll wear clean clothes....I know how strict you were...in times of hygiene....mom," Shakti replied.

"Am glad you know....go then come and sit with us," Kalyani replied.

"Shakti....if you don't hurry up....I'll finish kheer.....you favorite dish," Tej added.

Tejvi, Pinky and Kalyani started laughing because they know how much he likes Kheer and how he gets upset when someone snatches it from him.

But today he wasn't in the mood because he was lost thinking about Kamini's words it was a trailer in his mind.

Pinky noticed it.

"Shakti... dear are you fine.... didn't you here...what brother Tej said?" Pinky asked.

"What....I'll go and change," Shakti replied.

Dining set.
"There's something bothering my husband....till morning he has been acting strangely....I am quite certain....this has got nothing to do with work....I have to find out," Pinky thought.

Kalyani noticed Pinky was lost.

"Pinky you're just fine....what has happened now.... goodness...what's running in your mind," Kalyani complimented.

"Nothing.... mother in law....if you excuse me...I'll go and check on Shakti," Pinky replied.

Pinky was about to stand when Kalyani stopped her.

"I said....sit down....Shakti isn't a child... anymore...he's a grown man...who was a son...for goodness sake....just continue eating...am sure he'll join us...in a while," Kalyani said.

Pinky nodded in agreement and sat and continued eating.

Shinky's room.
Shakti was already done showering and was dressed.
He had to admit that shower made him feel a little better but let's have our fingers crossed.

He was about to leave when his phone rang.

He picked up his phone,it was an unknown number but still picked up because of the investigation of his long lost son.

"Hello...this is Shakti Singh Oberoi.... speaking...to whom am I talking to," Shakti said.

"I love hearing your sweet voice....Shakti dear.....I simply love it...it's just sexy," Kamini replied.

"Kamini....it's you?" Shakti asked.

"Yes.... sweetheart.....and I think am going to sleep well...since you've called me by my name," Kamini replied.

Shakti closed the door.

"How did you manage to have a phone.... aren't you in jail?" Shakti asked.

"That's why I love you..... Shakti....you're so naive and innocent.....I can only tell you although....am in prison....I always find a way to survive....and talking about prison... sweetheart...do you think people are honest....let me cut my long story short....money talks.... anyone sweetheart....how are you doing?" Kamini asked.

"How do you think am doing?" Shakti asked.

"The matter is simple than you think.... sweetheart....just divorce Pinky....and then....after divorce....I'll reunite you with your son," Kamini replied.

"Is easier said than done....then how will my son survive without a mom?" Shakti asked.

"That's the question I have been waiting for.....I love you so much... sweetheart....am willing to be the mother of your son...then...will live like a happy family," Kamini replied.

"Are you crazy?!" Shakti asked.

"Yes....am crazy for you and my love for you....that's why am willing to do anything to make you happy," Kamini replied.

"Kamini...can't we have a compromise then?" Shakti asked.

"No... sweetheart...this is my final decision.... ta-ta....I am feeling sleepy....but tic tock," Kamini replied disconnecting the call.

Shakti was in a dilemma.

"Shakti...come here downstairs quickly...am sure you'll done grooming," Kalyani shouted.

"Coming mom," Shakti replied.

He hid his phone because he knew how detective Pinky is and left pretending to be happy.
