[ Amara's ]
The day passed, and I didn't reply to Machiko anymore. And I decided to just go out to the bar again. Maybe I can see her there.
I was wearing eyeglasses when I got there alone and reserved a VIP table. It was so hard hiding from cameras; I just knew someone's probably watching me right now.
Mac wasn't performing, but I saw her at someone else's table. She was with a musician; I thought that's because she looked familiar. Australian girl?
They were casually talking, but the girl was really touchy with her. I took a full shot while staring at them. Fuck, why did it feel like I wanted Machiko all by myself?
I looked down, trying to avoid taking glances at them. She's close friends with everyone. Chillax, Quincy.
An hour has passed, and I'm feeling kind of dizzy. And I felt nervous because I was just alone. I didn't have Sky, Sadie, or Galilea with me.
"Let's go to my car."
I quickly looked up after I heard a familiar voice. It was Machiko, holding a glass of wine while smiling at me.
"Why? You're expecting another night with me again?" I raised my eyebrows, but I knew I still sounded nice. She gave me an amusing smile, and she laughed at my words.
"I don't have any expectations for now. Unless you want to sleep with me again, Amara." She licked her lower lip after playfully answering my questions. She then sat down beside me.
I was speechless. I didn't know why! She took my words back, and it was so frustrating. I especially just saw her being so touchy with someone else. Walang karapatan, alam ko. At international model ako, I'm prettier! I thought to myself.
"Get up, let's go," she commanded. "You want to be friends with me, right? Let's fulfil that." She was smirking. It didn't look crazy. It was hot.
I found myself sitting down on the shotgun seat of her car, and she drove away without any hesitations. I was already feeling headaches, so I leaned back while holding the side of my head.
"Rough day?" She broke the silence between us. I can see her driving with one hand.
"I drank too much," I answered, closing my eyes. A few minutes passed, and I felt that she had parked somewhere. I opened my eyes, and we were literally in front of the 24-hour-open convenience store.
"I'll get milk and water. Stay here." She smiled. Tumango nalang ako, I think I need those drinks after a rough beer.
She came back, placing the drinks. I opened my eyes and looked at her while she was preparing, and then she drank a bottle of banana milk first.
"Here." She gave me the pure one.
I found myself leaning closer to her, and I gave her a passionate, soft kiss! She froze, and she returned kisses after a few seconds. I felt her playful smile between our lips colliding.
I immediately took off my seatbelt and sat down on her lap. I wrapped my arms around her neck to deepen the kiss. But she held my wrist to stop me; she was chuckling.
"My car isn't tinted, Amara. Some people might recognise us." She was enjoying it when it was supposed to make her feel threatened. She was an idol.
"For godsake, it's almost 1 AM, Mac." I cut her off and smacked my lips on hers again. All I knew was that I couldn't help feeling jealousy when I saw her with another girl earlier. And that's why I wanted to make out with her. Again.
"Amara," she uttered my name between our kisses. "Not here-"
"Who's the girl?" I suddenly asked, catching my breath after our long kiss. She smirked after hearing my question.
