As Feraye was about to press the 1st floor Ates ran into the elevator and pressed the emergency button stopping it completely from moving Feraye glared at Ates, her eyes blazing with anger. "What do you think you're doing?" she demanded, her voice tight with frustration.

Ates took a deep breath, trying to steady himself, "We need to talk, and this is the only way you'll listen."

''there's nothing to talk about Ates '' she said turning away from him ,she didn't want him to see her tears. She didn't want to talk to him because she couldn't hide her jealousy after meeting Gunes. Feraye had already sensed something between Ates and Gunes.

''This is pointless '', she muttered ,avoiding his gaze and wiping away a stray tear.

''it's not pointless Feraye ,why did you come here Feraye?, and why were you gonna leave without talking ?'' He asked with a soft voice closing the gap between them.

''I came here to talk to you , but i realized it was a mistake I didn't think that you would have company, I'm sorry for  disturbing  you and your girlfriend .''

She tried to press the button once again but he stopped her and said:

"She's not my girlfriend," Ates said firmly, his eyes locking onto hers with an intensity that made her heart race. The small space of the elevator seemed to shrink, amplifying the tension between them. Feraye could feel the heat radiating from his body, their proximity making it impossible to ignore the unresolved emotions hanging in the air.

The confined space of the elevator forced them to confront their feelings head-on, leaving no room for escape or avoidance. It was as if the very walls around them were demanding honesty and vulnerability. The intimacy of the setting heightened every word, every glance, making it impossible to hide the truth any longer.

''Why did you come here Feraye?, Does Yaman know you're here ?'' He asked

''It doesn't matter '' she responded. She wanted to tell him that she came for him, to tell him how much she loved him, how much she missed him, but instead she simply tried to move away from him but he grabbed her wrist and pulled her back towards him.

Feraye's breath hitched as Ates pulled her closer, their bodies now almost touching. The electricity between them was palpable, each heartbeat echoing in the confined space. She could feel his breath on her skin, and the intensity of his gaze made it impossible to look away.

She then realized how long it had been since she had last seen him ,touched him ,how she missed staring at his beautiful honey brown eyes , she had missed his smile even though he rarely smiled she had also forgotten how good he always smelled .

''I missed you so much  '' she said while caressing his face. As her fingers traced the contours of his face, a flood of memories and emotions surged through her. Feraye felt a mix of longing and sorrow, realizing just how deep her feelings for him ran. Her touch was gentle, as if trying to memorize every detail of his face, fearing it might be the last time she would get this close.

Ates couldn't think straight. He had promised himself to stay away from her but he couldn't. He told her earlier that they couldn't be friends that's because he didn't want to be her friend. He wanted to be so much more but knew it was impossible. For a moment he got lost in his thoughts and allowed himself how her lips might feel against his own. They were just as he remembered ,pink and pumped with their sweet scent...

''feraye..''

Feraye noticed the momentary hesitation in Ates' eyes and felt a pang of uncertainty. She bit her lower lip, her heart racing as she wondered if he was about to pull away again. Gathering her courage, she whispered,
