Feraye sat down at her desk across from Ates's. They had both gone back to work because there were a lot of issues to deal with but somehow she couldn't focus. Feraye couldn't help but steal glances at Ates, his focused expression only making him more irresistible. His strong jawline and piercing eyes had always captivated her, but now, knowing they were finally together, every moment felt surreal. Her mind wandered to the night they shared, the way his touch set her skin on fire, making it hard to concentrate on anything else.

Feraye took a deep breath and forced herself to look at her computer screen, determined to get her mind back on track. She opened her email and began sorting through the urgent messages, reminding herself of the deadlines they needed to meet. To further regain her focus, she reached for her planner and started making a detailed to-do list for the day.

Despite her best efforts, Feraye's eyes kept drifting back to Ates. His fingers moved deftly over the keyboard, and the occasional furrow of his brow only made him more endearing. Just as she was about to get up and take a break, the door to the office burst open with a loud bang. Yaman, Ates's brother and her soon-to-be ex-husband, stormed in, his face red with fury.

"What the hell are you doing here, Ates?" Yaman shouted, his voice echoing through the room. "You're not even a real Gulsoy! You have no right to be here!" Ates stood up calmly, his eyes meeting Yaman's with a steely resolve.

"I'm here to help fix the mess you've created, Yaman. Whether you like it or not, this company needs me."

"If you have a problem with me being here, then take it up with Grandpa. He's the one who asked me to come back and help fix the mess you created. Now, if you don't mind, I'd like to get back to what I was doing before you came in here and started barking," Ates said, ignoring the looks being thrown at him.

The air in the room grew thick with tension, so palpable that you could almost cut it with a knife. Feraye felt her pulse quicken as she looked from Ates to Yaman, fearing that the confrontation might escalate. Yaman's fists clenched at his sides, his knuckles white, while Ates remained composed, his gaze unwavering.

Yaman's fists unclenched just enough for him to point a trembling finger at Ates. "This isn't over," he hissed, his voice dangerously low, before turning on his heel and storming out, casting a lingering glance at Feraye as he exited. Ates' eyes flickered to her, catching the subtle exchange. Feraye turned to face Ates, her heart pounding in her chest, wanting to offer some comfort. But before she could utter a word, Ates' voice cut through the heavy silence.

"Are you going to run after him, Feraye?" he asked, his tone betraying a mix of frustration and resignation. The tension in the room was almost unbearable, each breath seeming louder than the last.

Feraye stayed without hesitation, her decision driven by a complex web of emotions. She approached Ates, her eyes filled with both determination and compassion. Gently, she placed a hand on his cheek, her fingers brushing against the stubble of his jaw.

"I'm not going anywhere, Ates," she whispered, her voice steady but soft.

"You're the one I choose to stand by, no matter what." She leaned in and kissed him tenderly, hoping to convey all the words unspoken.

Ates' eyes softened, the tension in his body melting away as he wrapped his arms around Feraye. He returned the kiss with a fervor that spoke of both gratitude and relief. Pulling back slightly, he rested his forehead against hers, a small smile playing on his lips.

''I love you ''she whispered against his forehead as they stood there looking at each other.

''I love you too'' He replied softly
