As Joost left, I took a moment to compose myself, feeling a mix of excitement and disbelief at what had just happened. I cleaned up and adjusted my clothes, trying to look presentable. I sat down on the sofa and texted Olivia, asking if she was down to grab lunch with me in the city. She agreed, so I left the delegation room and made my way through the bustling hallways of the arena.

As I stepped out into the sunlight, I took a deep breath, feeling the warmth on my face. The golden rays cast a comforting glow on me, chasing away any lingering stress. A sense of calm washed over me.

I started my walk towards the café, taking my time to enjoy the beautiful morning. The air was fresh and crisp, with a slight breeze that carried the scent of blooming flowers. The sky was a brilliant shade of blue, dotted with a few fluffy white clouds lazily drifting by.

Finally, I arrived at the café. It was a charming little place, with tables spilling out onto the sidewalk and an inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee filling the air. I chose a table near the window, where I could continue to enjoy the view and the warm sunlight.

Sitting down, I ordered a coffee as Olivia informed me that she would be 10 minutes late.

The barista quickly brought over a steaming cup of coffee. I gazed out of the window, watching the world go by. People passed by, some in a hurry, others strolling leisurely like I had been.

As I waited for Olivia, I let my mind wander. I started thinking about Joost. About his voice. About how his face lights up when he sees me. The way he calls me "love." How he loves and cares about me.

My thoughts were interrupted by Olivia's voice.

"Hi, Julia," Olivia said as she reached my table, leaning down to give me a quick hug.

"Hi, how are you?"

"Not bad. I was just rotting in bed so far. Thank you for inviting me."

"Yeah, sure. It's always nice to chat with you."

"Yeah, yeah, me too. So, tell me, what have you been up to?" Olivia leaned in closer.

"Quite a lot has happened. Well, last night we, you know..."

"No, I don't know," Olivia said, obviously teasing me.

"Ugh, okay. We had sex. Is that what you want to hear?"

"Exactly, just with more details. Please," she said, encouraging me to continue.

"Okay, fine. Basically, when we took off, we weren't able to keep our hands off each other and just made out all the way from the elevator to the door. Then we did it, and when we woke up, we couldn't remember if we used a condom or not, so I naturally freaked out, and Joost was so sweet he ran off and bought Plan B."

"Wow, that must have been intense. How are you now?"

"I'm fine now. I was rally freaked out, but Joost was so sweet and supportive. I love him. Anyways then we had breakfast, and I walked with him to the arena and got to watch his rehearsal."

"How was it?" Olivia asked

"Very emotional. Just simply amazing and perfect."

"Good to hear."

"Anyways, after he was done, he came back to the room and officially asked me to be his girlfriend. And we had sex. Again."

"Oh my God, Julia, that's amazing!"

"That we had sex or...?"

"No, well yeah, that too, I guess. Good for you, but I'm talking about you two officially becoming a couple now. You are so perfect for each other. I'm so happy for you two."
