As I stirred from my slumber, my eyelids fluttered open to the soft caress of sunlight filtering through the curtains. I stretched my arms, feeling the pleasant tension release from my muscles.

The warmth of the sun's rays gently kissed my face, making my skin glow with a golden hue. A smile crept across my lips as the memories of yesterday's delightful events played in my mind like a cherished movie. The laughter, the conversations, the connections all painted a picture of contentment.

It's the best vacation ever!

Just then, Kiara emerged from the bathroom, her presence announced by the subtle sound of the door opening. With a towel wrapped around her and droplets of water still clinging to her skin, she looked radiant and refreshed.

"Guess what? We're going hiking today!" Kiara declared, her eyes sparkling with enthusiasm.

The announcement sent a surge of excitement through me. Hiking! The prospect of exploring nature, the thrill of adventure, and the joy of shared moments ignited a fire within me.

I nodded vigorously, my heart already racing with anticipation. Without wasting a second, I threw back the covers and sprang out of bed, my feet carrying me swiftly to the bathroom.

Inside, I hurriedly began my morning routine, my mind already envisioning the trails, the breath-taking views, and the invigorating freshness of the outdoors. The promise of the day's adventure filled me with an exhilarating energy, making my movements quick and efficient.

I couldn't wait to embark on this new journey with Kiara, Kang and Jimin to create more memories, and to embrace the wonders that awaited us on the hiking trail.

As I quickly finished my morning routine, I slipped into an oversized shirt that hung loosely over my frame, paired with sleek black shorts that accentuated my look. I topped off my outfit with a cap and a sunglass, giving me an air of effortless cool.

I was almost done when my phone started buzzing on the table, I unplugged the charger and saw Jung-Hoon face-timing me, I swiped the green button and there he's driving his car in his usual office look.

<Heyyy!! You look so cool!!

>Thennkkss! Are you going to the office now?

<Yes, I miss you so I face-timed you. Where are you going now?

>We're going for hiking and I'm so excited about it!

"Y/N, let's go!!" Kiara said coming towards me and when she saw me and Hoon on a video chat, she made a weird face and backs off a little.

> I've to go, I'll talk to you later when I come back.

I nodded and cut the call when Kiara walked closer to me again with a smirk hugging her lips.

"Who was that?"

"My best friend, Jung-Hoon."

"Is it just friendship or....."

"Don't go there Kiara, he and I are just friends, best friends to be exact, we've spent almost our whole life together."

"I see!" She replied, her grin not leaving her face.

Just as I and Kiara were about to leave the room, the doorbell rang. Kiara opened it to find Kang and Jimin waiting for us.

"Are you guys ready to embark on a thrilling journey?" He asks sliding down his sunglass a little on his nose, he makes a weird face which makes both of us laugh.
