Anthony had a very innovative day planned. First he had to go to the solicitor and found out about his dad's will. Next he needed to go searching for an apartment. They had decided Ally would keep the house seeing as the house was registered under her name. He didn't think much of it, he never liked that house much anyway as the beds were creaky.

'So how's it going?' Anthony asked as he and Lucia drove towards the solicitor's office. They were both going to the same place so what was the point of arriving in two cars?

'I don't even want to talk about that!' Lucia groaned as Anthony stifled a chuckle.

'What happened?'

'I caught Austin screaming at Archie yesterday. He even called him a twat. And then they whacked each other with blazers,' Lucia said emphasising the word twat. 'Why couldn't I have had one little girl!' Her face fell for a second but before Anthony could realise she replaced her frown with a grin.

Unable to hold his laughter in anymore, Anthony started laughing. Lucia threw him a glare and slapped him across the shoulder.

'Child Abuse!' Anthony whined, pouting. He really was a drama queen.

'Last time I checked you were 28!' Lucia scoffed as he pulled up at Sean Bailey's office.

'Last time I checked you were one of those sweet mums who bring snacks to their child's football games.' Anthony remarked, trying to be smart and alecky but Lucia was way better than him.

'None of my children play football. One of them plays cricket, the other one rugby and the other one reads.' Lucia smiled as she and Anthony got out. 'Can't trick me love.' She said, tapping his cheek.

Anthony grumbled all the way until they reached the door of Sean's office. Sean had known Lucia since he was 18 as he was one of Lucia's college students.

'Hey Professor James.' Sean greeted before turning to Anthony. 'Mr. James.'

'Please call me Anthony,' Anthony said as he knew Mr. James was reserved for his father.

Sean nodded, acknowledging his request. 'Well let's get started shall we? I've been requested to do this in Layman's language.'

Sean cleared his throat before beginning, 'Mr. Thomas Richard James has left most of his properties to, Ms. Lucia James except leaving out an apartment in Bristol, which he has left to Mr. Anthony James.'

Anthony's eyebrows shot up in surprise as he turned to look at his mother. Lucia smiled and placed her hand over his. 'The apartment you were born in before we moved to a bigger house.'

Anthony was quite surprised. He hadn't been to that apartment in years, he thought Tom sold it when they moved out.

'Continuing, if something were to happen to his wife, the custody of his two children would go to Mr. Anthony James, but I see that isn't necessary. He has left a trust fund to his two sons Mr. Archie and Mr. Austin James for college and if they finish college and money is left over it will be deposited to their bank accounts. But they will have to finish college.'

Someone pinch Anthony now. He had to be dreaming. His father didn't trust Anthony to be around Archie and Austin as when he was 15 and Tom and Lucia had gone out he had put the two in the play pen and retired to his room. But 3-year old Archie tried to climb out and in the process fell down and hurt his head and had to be rushed to the A&E.

So how on earth did Tom trust him with custody?!

And he didn't know his father was old money... a trust fund? He had one word to say about that- posh. Anthony had taken a student loan for college even though Tom had offered to pay.

'And finally he has left these,' Sean said, pulling out a ziploc bag, containing 3 trinket boxes each individually labelled A.J.J, A.O.J and A.L.J.

Anthony took them into his hand observing the boxes. They were the same boxes Lucia and Tom had gifted the triplets when they were born, obviously with their own initials on them.

'The rest of his possessions are in those boxes as Mr.James has ever so cleverly split them between all 3 of his sons.'

Anthony removed the box with his initials on them and clutched it like it was his most prized possession.

'ARCHIE!' Finley cried as him and a bunch of boys approached him as he turned up to school the next day. He had ditched his blazer at home, knowing he would get a 20 minute detention after school. Eh, who cared.

'Hey Finley!' He greeted back giving him a fist bump. 'What did I miss?'

'Well you know that Finley cheated on Emily Dimes with Maya Matthews. They both had a HUGE argument yesterday. Now no one's talking to Emily,' Hayden said, punching Finley on the arm, playfully.

'It's not my fault. Maya just came up to me saying she liked me and me and Emily were in a fight so I said yes. I didn't want to date her so I broke up with Maya as well.' Finley said, scratching the back of his head.

Archie nodded before looking around in the classroom. A gaggle of girls stood in the corner - including Maya- giggling and pointing at Emily.

Emily just tried her best to ignore them, hiding her tears with the book she was reading.

'Oh and Mr. Fletchers changed the seating plan. You're next to me,' Simon grinned before adding, 'And Emily.'

'Crap.' Finley muttered. 'Good luck. And feel free to try hook with her. My chance is gone anyway,' he grumbled the last bit.

Archie sighed before walking over to his new seat and taking a seat. Emily just gave him a curt look, before moving up to the edge of the table.

'Hi,' Archie said, smiling at her.

'What do you want?' She asked, glaring at him.

'Just wanted to make conversation.' He replied, shrugging.

'Oh so in the all 11 years we've known each other, you want to make conversation now?' She asked sarcastically, hatred in her voice.

'11 years?' Archie said confused as Emily rolled her eyes.

'We went to the same primary school, James.'

'Oh right.' Archie said as Emily just huffed. He shrugged yet again before he felt someone tap him on the shoulder.

It was Ria, who handed him a note and whispered, 'It's from Maya.'
Archie and Emily both turned around to look at Maya, one in shock and the other hatred.

He unfolded the note and it read.

Hey! I like you, you know. Do you want to maybe meet up at Lunch? Send the note back.

Emily snorted at the note before turning to Archie,  'She's lying to you. She wants to get revenge on Finley so she's using you.'

'Really? Well then the answers going to be no, isn't it?' Archie asked, smirking before handing the note back to Ria.

'Whatever.' Emily said, turning back to her note. The two spent a few moments in silence as she read and he played with his fingers. 'I'm sorry about what happened to your dad.' She whispered, after a few moments.

'How do you know?' Archie asked, wondering if Finley told her.

'My mum works with your brother.'

'Oh.' Even if he wasn't on speaking terms with Anthony, he was definitely getting out information from him. Well he was going to get Austin too anyway. 'It's not your fault.'

Emily gave him a small smile before realising what she had done and buried her head in her book. Keep going Archie, he thought as he grinned before turning back to the board. He had made progress.
