*Flashback*
'Anthony, one of them's crying.' Ally said as she shook her husband awake. Anthony jerked up, rubbing his eyes tiredly as he got up from the bed yawning. Ally was also up, pulling her hair up about to get one of them. Anthony shook his head before pushing her back down onto the bed.
'Go to sleep. I'll get them.'
Ally nodded, knowing it was fruitless to argue with Anthony when he was sleepy and laid back onto the bed as Anthony stumbled into the nursery.
He then picked up the crying baby. He squinted at it and realised it was Cam. He had his daddy's blue eyes and his momma's light brown hair. Anthony smiled at him and jogged him up and down, trying to calm the boy down. He kept crying, though. Loudly.
And then another began crying. Anthony shook his head as he walked over to the other crib and picked up that baby as well. The other culprit was Sydney.
He sat down in the chair they had on the corner of the room. It was a 2 bedroom apartment, and it was the best they could get, especially with them also paying for all the needs they needed for the 3 of them. Anthony had his dream job, but he wished it paid a bit more. Well, he'd get promotions over time. Ally had graduated from college and was an assistant lawyer, and that did NOT earn much at all.
His parents had helped them pay for the house's rent, and Ally's parents were definitely out of the picture.
They were doing OK, not good but OK.
Anthony was so lost his thoughts that he didn't notice that Ally had entered the room and had taken Sydney off of him. Cam had stopped crying and gone back to bed.
'Go to bed, babe.' Ally said, kissing his lips. 'You're drained.'
Anthony nodded and walked back into their room. He was asleep in minutes.

ANTHONY JOSEPH JAMES!' Ally screamed as she walked into the living room. The triplets were in the girls' bedroom, and Anthony was doing a crossword.
'How dare you not tell me my own daughter was in the hospital!' she said as she walked over to Anthony and nipped his ear, making Anthony yelp.
'Calm down, woman. She was in the GP.' Anthony said, rubbing his ear. 'I wasn't thinking, ok?'
'Oh yeah, you don't really think that much, do you?!' she cried, plopping down on the sofa glaring at Anthony.
'I'm sorry. I was just a bit upset that Sierra never told us.' Anthony said, sitting down beside her. Ally nodded.
'Why not?'
'Sydney doesn't have it.' Anthony replied, shrugging his shoulders.
'Oh my-' Ally said, burying her face in her hands. 'Do we make her feel like she's inferior to Sydney?'
'I don't know.' Anthony said. He didn't know the answer to many things.
'I'll talk to her tonight. I've got a case tonight. Can you keep Sydney?'
'Sure. Me and Melbourne have a bit of catching up to do.' Anthony smiled as Ally nodded and went into the bedroom to say goodbye to the three of them. She left the house around 20 minutes later.
The triplets were still in her room, and Anthony decided she could stay there for a while. He went back to his crossword when the door bell rung. Anthony rolled his eyes, knowing Ally had probably forgotten something. It was Damon and Sheila.
'Hey, bestie boo.' Damon said, handing over Jamie, who was in his arms, to Anthony. 'Me and Sheila got tickets to a musical she's been dying to go to.'
Anthony readjusted Jamie onto his hip. She was growing rapidly, only being 2 months old. He stared at Damon, still confused
'Can you please take care of Jamie?' Sheila asked, smiling softly as she rubbed the girls cheek. Jamie cooed at her mama and waved at her.
'Yes. In fact, you ain't getting her back.' Anthony said, hugging onto the girl tighter. 'She's mine.'
'Thanks, mate.' Damon said, as Sheila took Jamie into her arms one more time and kissed her little nose. Damon tried to, too, but Jamie frowned at him. He sighed and took her from Sheila and blew a raspberry at her. Jamie giggled and tried to imitate him but failed. Damon chuckled as he handed her back over to Anthony.
'Bye, Bye!' Anthony waved as the two walked off. Then he turned to Jamie.
'How are you, Jay? How's life going for you?' He asked as he put her down on the floor onto her back, and he sat down beside her. She looked up at Anthony with her big green eyes and blinked up at him.
'Good? Of course, life is going good for you. People feed you, people give you a house to live in and you sleep all day.' Anthony remarked, putting her on his lap and handing her a single building block. She waved it around excitedly as Sydney ran into the living room.
'Daddy?' She said as her eyes averted to Jamie. 'She's SO cute!'
'She's a babe, isn't she?' Anthony said as Sydney walked closer to Jamie and waved at her.
'I'm gonna get more toys for her!' She exclaimed, jumping up and running into her room. Sierra had heard the commotion and was also in the living room. She had put on a long sleeved sweatshirt the minute they got home. Sierra smiled as she sat down and began to entertain Jamie.
Jamie put her whole fist in her mouth as Anthony gaped at her.
'I wish I could do that.' He pouted as he tapped her nose.
Sydney came running back in with a whole bag of building blocks. She sat down beside Jamie and instantly began playing with her. Jamie looked breathless as Sydney showed her how to build a house.
Anthony smiled as he gently prised Jamie off of his lap and placed her down on her tummy so she could hold herself up with her hands.
'You hungry, girls?' Anthony asked, holding out a packet of cookies.
'YES!' Sydney said, clapping her hands excitedly. Sierra nodded as well.
He handed her them, and they both went back to playing with Jamie. Cam soon came out and joined them, but he wasn't too interested in the baby because she couldn't talk or play. Jamie soon grew weary, and Anthony knew he had to put her to bed. Jay wasn't much of a Cryer like Sierra. Sydney and Cam BOTH used to cry themselves out like they were competing.
He put her down on the bed, putting 4 pillows all around her. When he got back out to the living room, all 3 of the triplets were on the couch watching a movie. He was shocked. They were sitting down and watching a movie... together without fighting for the remote.
They were watching Peppa Pig. Anthony shook his head as he sat down next to Sierra and let her cuddle into his chest. Sydney noticed an instantly went to Anthony's other side and hugged him tight around his waist. Cam just stared at the 3 of them.
''Wanna join Cam?' Anthony asked, and Cam looked hesitant but joined his Dad anyway, sitting down on his lap. So Anthony had an arm around Sierra and one around Sydney while Cam was on his chest.
They weren't perfect... they had their moments, bad and good. But they were his babies. No matter what they did, they were perfect in Anthony's eyes.
