As Ridham arrived in Delhi, he was met with an unexpected warmth from Vianna, who was beaming with joy. He decided to spend some quality time with her, and they spent the day at an amusement park, creating carefree memories.
However, as the day drew to a close, Ridham knew he had to return home, aware that Vianna's birthday was approaching and she would want to be with her family.
As he sat on the couch, Vianna began getting ready for bed, and her brother called Ridham with news that would change everything - Aansh's wedding was scheduled for Vianna's birthday.
Ridham felt a surge of anger and quickly concocted a plan to keep Vianna in Delhi, away from the painful truth. He suggested to Vianna's brother that they could either spend the birthday in Delhi or have everyone come for a trip, ensuring Vianna's special day remained tension-free.
Just then, Vianna emerged from her room, wearing tracks and a tee, her smile radiant. Ridham was taken aback by her cuteness and couldn't bear the thought of hurting her.
He chose to keep quiet, hiding the truth from her. Over the next week, Ridham made sure Vianna remained oblivious to Aansh's wedding plans, declining calls from Aansh and Abhay, and using his professional connections as a criminal advocate to keep tabs on the situation.
Meanwhile, Vianna was blissfully unaware of the storm brewing back in Mumbai, her excitement for her upcoming birthday growing with each passing day. Little did she know, her life was about to take a dramatic turn. Ridham's efforts to shield her from the truth were rooted in his desire to protect her, but the weight of his secrets threatened to upend their delicate balance.
Viannas pov:
It's been over a month since I arrived in Delhi, and I was feeling drained and disconnected from my family. My constant calls and texts with my beloved Aansh were making it harder for me to stay away. But everything changed when Ridham arrived, and we spent a joyful day at an amusement park together. With only two days left until my birthday, I begged Ridham to take me home, but he refused, saying, "Stay with me here." We had a heated argument, and I was furious with him. He left me alone, saying, "You'll thank me later."
The next day, I woke up to find roses and my favourite ice cream, along with a heartfelt apology note from Ridham. I smiled, feeling a mix of emotions. The day passed in a blur, and soon it was time to leave. Ridham came to my cabin, but I initially refused to go with him, still hurt from our fight. However, he persuaded me to follow him, and we headed out.
As we journeyed on, I couldn't help but think about my previous birthday, which was so special. Ridham tried to talk to me, but I locked myself in my room, crying. He eventually used a spare key to enter and started packing my belongings. I became even more agitated, but he calmly held my hand and said, "Don't you want to go home for your birthday?" I hugged him tightly, feeling a mix of emotions.
In the following days, I noticed Ridham's behaviour change whenever I mentioned Aansh. He would either change the subject or clench his fists, giving me an intense look. I felt a sense of unease.
On Saturday, Ridham surprised me with a plan to visit a special place for my birthday. I agreed, and we set out early, dressed in casual attire. After completing our work, we grabbed food, and I checked my phone to find numerous notifications, including photos from Reha's wedding. I saw Abhay, but Aansh was nowhere to be found. I smiled, thinking he still cared for me.
Just then, a waiter accidentally collided with me, shattering my phone. Ridham cheered me up by promising to get me a new phone for my birthday. We received news that our flight was cancelled, and Ridham joked that even God wanted me to stay with him forever. We spent the night at his friend's house, celebrating the arrival of their newborn baby girl.
As the clock struck 12, Ridham and his friends surprised me with a birthday cake, and I was overwhelmed with emotion. My family joined in, wishing me a happy birthday via video call. I wanted to talk to Aansh, but Ridham said he couldn't connect with him. After the celebrations, we retired to our room, where Ridham gifted me a new phone, which I reluctantly accepted after some persuasion. He asked me to open it when we returned home.
