Author Pov:

Aansh and Reha's Indian-style wedding was a vibrant tapestry of tradition, culture, and joyous celebration, weaving together the rich customs and rituals of Indian matrimony. The festivities unfolded like a kaleidoscope of colors, music, and laughter, as family and friends gathered to honor the union of the two beloved souls.

The pre-wedding ceremonies commenced with the mesmerizing mehendi ceremony, where intricate henna designs were meticulously applied to Reha's hands and feet. The dark, velvety paste adorned her skin with delicate patterns, symbolizing beauty, auspiciousness, and the deepening of her love for Aansh. As the henna artists worked their magic, the air was filled with the sweet scent of rose petals and the soft strains of traditional Indian music, setting the tone for the festivities to come.

The sangeet ceremony followed, a night of unbridled joy and revelry, where Aansh and Reha's families showcased their dancing skills in lively performances. The atmosphere was electric, with vibrant costumes, dazzling jewelry, and the infectious beat of drums and music. The dance floor was ablaze with energy, as loved ones celebrated the union of the two families.

Aansh Pov:

It was finally the day I was scared of .
I told reha to change the date but she being the person she is decided to keep this day as a wedding and I was hurt because it's the day of my angel and I will ruin it and that was the worst thing I can do to her. I tried to call her but it was dead. I woke up and got ready and mom sent a few of my cousins to help me to get ready and here i was stood in front of the mirror, adjusting my wedding attire, my mind raced with thoughts of Vianna, my first love, the girl of my dreams. The girl I had once envisioned spending my life with. But fate had other plans, and now I was about to marry Reha.

The previous night had been sleepless, with Ridham's messages urging me to confess my feelings to Vianna. But my heart wasn't prepared for that. I had given this marriage a chance, and yet, I found myself reconnecting with Vianna. The worst part was that I knew I had to let her go.

As I glanced at my watch, I saw it was 7:00 AM. I called one of my friends to ask about vianna but he had no clue and told me that he would send abhay to speak with me. After an hour, we were all set to go but before that I again tried calling Vianna, but she hadn't been responding to my calls for days. I assumed she must have heard about my wedding and was avoiding me.

Just then, Abhay approached me, his expression serious. "Vianna is coming today," he said. "It's time to tell her the truth." But I wasn't ready. I didn't want to hurt her, I didn't want to face her. I decided to simply disappear from her life, even if it meant she would curse me forever. I was prepared to accept the consequences.

I had promised my mother and grandfather that I would commit to Reha and leave the past behind. And in the past month, despite Vianna being available only through calls, Reha had been by my side, and I felt a connection with her that I couldn't ignore. I wanted to give our relationship a chance.

I stood before the mirror, I clicked a photo of myself in my wedding finery and sent it to Vianna with a message, asking for forgiveness for not informing her about my marriage and pouring out my true feelings. I asked Abhay to send the message from my phone once the rituals were over, a final goodbye before I embarked on this new chapter of my life.

Author Pov:

The wedding ceremony itself, the Vivaah Sanskar, was a sacred union of Aansh and Reha, conducted in the presence of the holy fire, symbolizing the purity of their commitment to each other.

On the wedding day, the traditional rituals began with the grand Baraat, where Aansh arrived at the wedding venue in a resplendent procession, accompanied by his family and friends.

The air was alive with the pulsating rhythm of drums, the chime of shehnai, and the sweet fragrance of marigolds and roses. Reha, the radiant bride, awaited his arrival, looking stunning in her bridal attire, adorned with intricate embroidery, precious jewels, and a gentle smile that lit up the surroundings.
