Dazai Pov

Okay, which ring will look good on Chuuya. He only deserves the best. He quite handsome actually. But, definitely not handsome like me.

"Dazai?"

I jumped in surprise and saw that Atsushi was behind and was staring at me, curiously.

"Dazai? What are you doing?"

"I'm chilling, Atsushi. Nothing else."

"I see you actually did your work."

"Well, yeah or else Kunikida would've bothered me."

I actually did my work because I wanted more time to myself. So, I can find the perfect ring.

"Alright, I'll stop bothering you. I have to buy some sweets for Kyouka."

"Alright, bye Atsushi."

Atsushi soon left as I look back on my phone. I found a very beautiful, golden ring just for Chibi and it's being sold a store right near me.

I immediately got up and told everyone that I was going on a lunch break. Kunikida was yelling at me to come back, but he saw I got my work done for the first time and let me go.

Chuuya Pov

I was doing some work while I was drinking some coffee. Dazai hasn't bothered me for one week now. Normally, I would be glad, but I don't know. I feel like he is planning something.

"Chuuya."

"Oh, Kouyou! Do you need anything?"

"No, but you look down in the dump. What's on your mind, sweetheart?"

"Nothing much. It's just Dazai hasn't bothered me for a week."

"Isn't that a good thing?"

"Yes, but I feel like he's secretly planning something I don't know about. Also, he has been avoiding me."

"Why don't you try to hang out with him," Kouyou said.

"Are you sure? During work hours?," I said.

"I'm sure Mori won't mind. Plus, there's no troubles with the Port Mafia. So, it won't be a problem."

"Okay, I guess."

Dazai Pov

Alright, I secured the package. Now, I just need to find Chibi.

"Hey Dazai."

I turned around and saw Chuuya right in front of me. I quickly hide my gift as I turned red.

"Oh, Chibi! What are you doing here!? I thought you were at work."

"I got done early. Look, Dazai?" Chuuya looked red when he said it. "Do you want to go to a restaurant with me?"

I turned even more red after that. I guess I don't have to worry about asking him out.

"Sure, but I'm kinda strapped on cash."

"Don't worry I'll pay for it. I don't expect you to pay anything for that matter."

"Hey! I can pay for my own things."

Chuuya took me to a fancy restaurant and we ordered a lot of food. Chuuya tipped the waiter while I was busying munching on their delicious bread.

We soon left as it got dark and ended at a bridge over a river.

"I wonder if the water is magical as it gets deep."

"Don't you dare."
