Snow Day

Dazai Pov

"Look Chuuya! It's snowing."

"Yeah, yeah. I know. You act like that you never see snow before," Chuuya said.

"Well, it's still a wonderful thing to see!"

I walked along on the snow while Chuuya kept his eyes on me. He even forced me into a snow jacket, so I won't freeze. So rude, but kind of him.

"Hey Dazai?"

I turned around as I saw a big smile on his face.

"Let's make a snowman."

I turned bright red when Chuuya grabbed my arm. He made me roll up a huge snowball while he did the middle snowball.

Eventually, we put the snowman together and I put the finishing touches on the snowman. Chuuya also put his scarf on the snowman, and then he hugged them.

"I'll name you, Snowy. Since you're made out of snow."

I felt my face turning red with anger. And maybe jealousy, but that's beside the point!? But, I had a playful smirk on my face when Chuuya wasn't looking.

Chuuya was working on an another snowman when I throw a snowball at him.

"Ouch! What the-"

I laughed as Chuuya turned red.

"DAZAI!"

I ran as fast as I can, and hide behind a tree. While I was snickering, I heard a bang as I cautiously stared at the patch of snow on the tree.

"Oi, Dazai. If you wanted a snow war."

"I'll give you one."

That's when I saw it. An angry Chuuya with his snow bullets (still snowballs, just for action) glaring at me. I ran away when that angry chihuahua throw a snowball at me.

I managed to dodge all of them while I quickly tried to make a snowball. Once, I did, I hid behind a big pile of snow and looked for Chuuya.

He was no where to be found.

But.

"Dazai~"

My blood ran cold as I slowly looked up, only to see Chuuya's smirk and his huge amount of snowballs.

"Get ready to die~"

Chuuya launched his attacks as my life flashed before my eyes.

Well, I live a good life.

*Boom.*

I was covered in snow while that slug was laughing his head off.

"Oh, you should have see your face. It was hilarious," Chuuya said.

"Ha, ha. Very funny," I said.

I felt a chill coming down my body as I tried to get up. When that didn't work, Chuuya picked me and put me on his shoulder. I immediately felt embarrassed and tried getting off, but that dog won't let me.

"Don't worry, I'll get you warm up," he said. "Just try behaving for me."

Chuuya started walking while I relentlessly rested on his shoulder. And to be honest, it felt warm inside.

To have someone care about me.

Chuuya set up a fire in my shipping container while I rested by the fire. Chuuya also made sure that I was covered in blankets.

"Alright, that's sure warm you up," he said.

"Aw, my dog is trying to take care of me. How interesting~"

"Shut up. I'm only helping you since I don't want my partner to get sick."

"How nice of you, Chuuya~"

Chuuya rolled his eyes while he kept me warm. I don't know what came over me, but I suddenly grabbed his arm and hugged him.

Chuuya looked shocked for a moment, until he hugged me back.

"Don't scared me like that again, okay."

I look at Chuuya for a second before pulling him close.

"I promise."
