Royal Ball (Soukoku Royalty)

I know I said that I will be posting three stories in December, but I feel like this story fits in November. Plus, I need to somehow promote Royal Throne (My Soukoku Royal Au).

By the way, there will only two stories in December.

Dazai Pov

"Can we put more lanterns over here?," I asked.

"Of course, your majesty," the maid said.

Amelia bowed her head as I thanked her.

My name is Osamu Dazai, and I'm the king of the Atlantis Kingdom. My husband is Chuuya Nakahara, my ex bodyguard and King of the Ruby Kingdom.

We are the most powerful couple in this world, and run the Golden Empire. Ever since we defeated Verlaine and Mori, everything have been peaceful.

And after a year went by, we decided to throw a ball to spite them where everyone is invited.

Eventually, I walked outside of my balcony, and watched the sunrise.

"The kingdom looks so beautiful under the sunlight," I said.

"Right, Chuuya~"

My husband popped out as he walked towards me.

"Damn it, Dazai. I was trying to be sneaky," Chuuya said.

"Sorry, I ruined your plan," I said.

I put my arm around Chuuya as he relaxed on my shoulder. The sun was shining down on us, making Chuuya looked so beautiful. And the wind wasn't helping.

"What are you looking at?," Chuuya asked.

"Nothing," I said, blushing.

Suddenly, I heard a loud roar in the distance. I looked up and saw Amber, me, and Chuuya's dragon flying down towards us.

"Amber! How are you, my lovely friend," I said.

"You still look strong as ever," Chuuya said.

Amber looked happy to see us. Amber lives in her own place, but visits us when she has the time.

Chuuya looked excited as he looked at me.

"Hey Dazai. Wanna go ahead n a ride~"

"Only of Amber is up for this."

Amber nodded her head as we climbed on my back. Chuuya quickly connected the rope to Amber and grabbed the rope.

"You're ready, Dazai."

I nodded my head and Amber immediately took off in the sky. We flied above the Atlantis Kingdom, seeing the beautiful scenery. We even fly passed the Golden Statue of Fukuzawa.

Soon, we flied over the ocean, and saw the shiny water. Rumors that the water came from the gods, and brings good luck bro the Kingdom.

Soon, I saw a crazy look in Chuuya's eyes. Chuuya looked over to me as I got nervous.

"Wannna see something cool?," Chuuya said.

"I feel like I have no choices," I said.

Chuuya immediately guided Amber while I quickly hold onto Chuuya as right as I can. Amber did a barrel roll. Chuuya laughed while I felt terrified.

"Wow, that was cool!"

"No!? That was terrifying!?!"

"Let's do it again."

"No! Chuuya!?"

Amber tried to do an another barrel roll, but something went wrong. When we were upside down, I fell off, and crashed in the water.

I was about to swim up, when I saw something shiny on the rock. I swam towards it and saw a pretty amber gem. And it was pretty rare since it was glowing at the bottom of the ocean.

Without noticing, Chuuya grabbed me and pull me out of the water. By the time, we got out, we lost our crowns in the process.

"What are you doing, Dazai!? Don't tell me you try to kill yourself, again."

"No. I just saw something beautiful in the ocean."

"Oh, really. What is it?"

"You. Chuuya~"

Chuuya turned red after that sentence before calling Amber to come and pick us up. Also, Chuuya managed to get our crowns after we got on the dragon.

Amber rested in the garden while Chuuya dried me off.

"Sometimes, I questioned why did I married you," Chuuya said.

"Because I'm handsome, pretty, and mysterious person that you ever met," I said.

"More like insane."

I chuckled while Chuuya smiled. Eventually, Atsushi came outside, and told us the party will be starting soon.

"Alright, we got it," I said.

"Good thing, our new suits didn't get ruined," Chuuya said.

"Yeah, me too."

Soon, we went to our rooms and got changed. I wear a black tux while Chuuya wear a red suit. Chuuya switched his crown for his hat since he missed wearing it.

While, Chuuya wasn't looking, I put a rose in his hair. We soon left our room while the party was getting started. Everybody was here, the Royals, the townspeople, our friends, everyone basically.

Eventually, Chuuya noticed the rose and frowned.

"Seriously."

"What? It looks so beautiful on you, Chibi~"

Chuuya turned red again as we walked down the stairs. Everybody was happy to see us and gave us a warm welcome.

We talked to everyone while Chuuya was drinking some wine. I have to make sure he doesn't drink too much since he's a bad drunk.

Eventually, the music turned into slow music as I took Chuuya's hand. I saw Atsushi was dancing with the crown prince, Akutagawa while Kyouka was dancing with Kenji.

"I see the party is going well," Chuuya said.

"Yeah." I spinned Chuuya towards me as I smiled. "Me too."

We kept dancing until I remembered about the beautiful gem that I found.

"Hey Chuuya."

"Yes, Dazai."

"I have a present for you."

"What is it."

I took out a small black box, and revealed the amber ring.

"Um, thank you. But, didn't you already gave me an amber gem?," Chuuya said.

"Yeah, but this is a ring, and it's pretty rare since it's glowing," I said.

"Alright, fine."

Chuuya took his glove off, and I put this ring next to our golden wedding ring. We kept dancing until we heard our dragon whining outside.

"Oh, I think Amber is tired," I said.

We set up a huge comfy place in the basement while Amber got ready to go asleep. Chuuya used his ability to put a huge blanket on Amber.

"Alright, goodnight Amber," Chuuya said.

We were about to leave when Amber slammed her tail on me.

"I think Amber wants us to stay with her."

"Oh, really slug. I would never guess."

We got our own blankets while Amber curved her tail on us.

"Well, this is interesting way to sleep," I said.

"It's not that weird," Chuuya said.

Chuuya lay his head on my shoulder while I leaned back on Amber.

"Night, Chuuya."

"Nigh, Dazai."
