Aliza and Matt decided to go to the park again today but Aliza couldn't help but notice how anxious Matt was. After some more steps he started feeling light headed and panicked causing Aliza to act quickly on his distress leading him to bench where they could sit and talk.
"Deep breaths Matt" Aliza whispered soothingly "Focus on your breathing my love. You are safe with me, and I'm here for you." Matt closed his eye and followed her advice, inhaling and exhaling slowly as he tried to regain control over his racing thoughts. Aliza rubbed comforting circles on his back, her presence calming him down like a calm embrace. —————————————

It was Friday evening when Matt and Aliza decided to not head to the graduation party. They decided to go to the coffee shop instead and talk there instead.
They sat down and Matt suddenly feels anxiety wash over him causing his palms to sweat and heart rate to increase. He tries to brush it off, but a feeling of uncertainty was becoming overwhelming. His mind starts racing with negative thoughts, and he felt like it was hard to inhale or even breathe.
Aliza noticed the change in Matt's demeanor and became concerned "Are you alright Matt?" She placed her hand on his arm. Matt tried to play it off by nodding but the panic made the corners seem like were suffocating him. He couldn't form words, not being able to speak made him panic even more.
Aliza realized his panicked state and stood up patting his back "it's okay Matt. I'm here.. I promise. Just breathe, it'll be over I promise." Her voice softened "m-make it stop." She make circular motions on his back to calm him completely. "It is okay Matt." He smiled at her while holding her hand "thank you Aliza" —————————————————

Matt embraces while crying in a way I never seen before "baby..." I rub his back even more "Matt... it is okay baby.." Holding him as he cried in my arms was all I could do, if I could stop this all I would. For him I would. "Aliza.." he finally looks at me with distress in his eyes while holding my hand "I'm sorry.." I hold his hand "baby what is wrong my love..?" I look at him with a concerned expression... why was my love crying like this. What happened?
