Ji-ah stood in her room, dressed in her ethereal gown, the layered skirt flowed down to her feet, and her hair cascaded down her back in soft, elegant waves, styled into a graceful half-updo.

Although she felt a bit self-conscious with her shoulders exposed in a public setting, she couldn't deny how beautiful the dress was.

The winter ball is today, and guests have already started arriving, roaming the hallways and rooms.

Despite Haeun's repeated requests to join, she was still denied entry, as this particular ball was private and reserved only for select invited guests.

Ji-ah assumed there would be VIPs coming, though she wasn't sure exactly who they might be-probably people who were acquainted with the princes.

She heaved a sigh, trying to calm her racing heart. Tonight, she would be dancing with Jungwon again, this time in front of an audience. She wasn't sure how she would pretend to be calm under the stare of so many people, while being so close to him.

Ji-ah exited her room and made her way towards the ballroom, briefly greeting the other girls who were also performing. Each of them was dressed in equally stunning gowns. They looked so breathtaking, surely they would steal the attention of the crowd.

When she reached the ballroom, she quickly slipped into a side room to avoid the bustling crowd. The guests appeared snobby and high-status, impeccably dressed in fancy suits and dresses, their heavy perfumes filling the air. She tried to ignore the way some men looked at her, seeing that her dress must be attention-grabbing.

Entering the room, she sees Jake, Sunoo and Heeseung lounging on the sofa. Ji-ah's heart almost stopped when she saw how dashing they looked. Their hair was styled and brushed. They wore a white shirt and pants, and a dark blue jacket adorned with white sparkling lines, hugging their well-proportioned bodies.

Sunoo's eyes shone brightly as he acknowledged her. "Ji-ah, you look amazing."

Ji-ah felt her cheeks flush at the prince's compliment. "Thank you, Sunoo, you look amazing too."

His lips curled up into a mischievous smile. "Which one of us do you think looks the most handsome?" He gestured to his brothers.

"Um," Ji-ah flustered. "That's a hard question." She thought they each looked stunning in their own way. If they walked into the ballroom, all of the heads would turn to them.

Heeseung chuckled. "Sunoo, don't tease her."

"Are you nervous for the performance?"

"Yes." Ji-ah admitted. She is, in fact, very nervous. She tried to ignore her racing nerves, knowing the room was filled with distinguished guests. She mentally went over the dance steps again, she couldn't afford to make a mistake in such a situation.

Sunoo laughed. "Don't worry. I've seen you dance. You'll be fine."

Jake, who had been quiet since the beginning, started to talk. "Yeah, don't worry too much, Ji-ah." he said with a small smile.
