(The screen showed Peter on a train and the words two months later appeared on the bottom of the screen. He looked at his phone and started to text Happy. He then scrolled up and down showing all the unanswered texts. The camera showed his disappointed face.)
"Seriously dude." Said Sam, "Not one word for two months." Tony winced in response.
(Peter got off the train and walked to Midtown High. Peter started to cross the street when an expensive looking car came racing down the road almost hitting him. "What's up. P•••s Parker?" Flash called out from the driver's seat and drove away.)
"He almost hit you." Said Pepper, "That jerk."
"He's bullying you isn't he?" Bucky asked glaring at the screen. "Yes." Peter said in a small voice knowing that even if he said no they wouldn't believe him.
"Why didn't you tell me?" Tony asked Peter to which he responded with, "Because I don't want you to murder him."
(Peter rolled his eyes at Flash and went inside. He walked through a hallway filled with students. There was a school news show being broadcasted. The boy on screen asked the girl if she had a date for homecoming. The girl awkwardly responded that she did.)
"Rejected on the school news," Said Kamala, "ouch."
(He was switching out a few of his books at his locker when a small LEGO Star Wars figure appeared near his shoulder with a voice asking Peter to join him to build his LEGO Death Star. Peter spun around to look at his friend Ned saying it was awesome and asked how many pieces it was. Ned said 3,803 making Peter excited.)
"You and Ted are geeks." Said Tony. "Ned!" Said Peter, Pepper, and Rhodey.
Peter looked at his friend fondly. 'Things used to be so simple.' He thought, 'Well mostly.'
"I hate LEGOs." Said Clint, "Stepping on them is so painful."
(A cheerleader said that it was lame but they ignored her.)
"It's good that you don't let that bother you." Natasha said.
(Ned asked if Peter wanted to build it tonight but Peter said he had the Stark Internship.)
"You should take time off sometimes, something tells me you weren't taking a lot of breaks then." Said Sam.
Peter sighed, Matt had gotten both of them to take some nights off, mostly because if Matt told Peter to take a break and then went out himself he'd be a hypocrite. The only reason he agreed to it was because he loved spending time with Matt and-not that he'd admit it to himself-he did need breaks.
(Peter said that if he kept at it he could get a real job.)
"I'm guessing that by job you mean become an Avenger." Said Carol.
(Ned started to explain how he would build the Death Star then bring it to Peter's house before his voice started to fade out as Peter focused on something else. A tall girl at the end of the hall. She met Peter's gaze before smiling and walking away.)
"Ooooo," Said America, Kamala, and Kate, "Peter has a crush."
Matt clenched his fists and gritted his teeth knowing this was Liz Allen. Peter turned to Matt and whispered so quietly only his enhanced hearing would be able to pick it up. "Jealous?"
Matt whispered back. "Of the girl who made a statement against you, no way."
(Peter responded to Ned not really hearing what he said. In a classroom the teacher asked the class about the question on the board then pointed to Flash.)
Everyone groaned at the sight of the boy.
(Flash gave a confident answer.)
"Wrong!" Tony, Bruce, and Peter said loudly.
(The teacher said that he was wrong and asked Peter if he was paying attention. Peter looked away from his computer and answered the question. The teacher said he was correct.)
"That's my kid." Tony said proudly.
(The teacher then knocked Flash's ego down a peg. "See, Flash, being the fastest isn't always the best if you are wrong.")
"Roasted!" America called out smiling.
(The class laughed and Flash turned in his seat to face Peter. "You're dead." He whispered angrily.)
Everyone glared at the boy.
(Peter and Ned were sitting at a lunch table looking at Liz. Peter asked if she got new clothes. Ned said that they haven't seen that top with that skirt before.)
"Wow," Said Bucky, "they're worse than you Stevie." "Hey." Steve said gawking at his friend. On the inside he was happy though, Bucky had been giving him a bit of the cold shoulder since they got there.
(Peter said that they should stop staring before it got creepy. "Too late." Said Michelle, who was sitting nearby, "You guys are losers."
Everyone chuckled and Peter looked at MJ fondly. His classmate turned friend, turned girlfriend for a short time, and turned back to friend. He had been avoiding the donut shop where she worked and both her and Ned completely. They weren't his friends anymore, they didn't know who he was.
Peter then looked downwards, saddened. Matt squeezed the other's hand hoping that it comforted him. Peter gave him a small smile.
("Then why do you sit with us?" Ned asked. "Because I don't have any friends." She responded with a dry tone.)
"I love how you seem like such an ordinary high school student," Said Kamala excitedly, "when you're really a crime fighting vigilante."
(The decathlon team was practicing. Peter was talking with Mr. Harrison the former was explaining why he couldn't go to the national decathlon competition in case Mr. Stark needed him.)
Tony looked down feeling guilty for ghosting him and giving empty promises. Pepper put a hand on his shoulder.
(Michelle said that he quit marching band and robotics lab too. Everyone looked at her and she said that she wasn't obsessed just observant.)
"A useful skill to have." Natasha says.
Peter smiled knowing that Natasha was MJ's favorite Avenger. He then frowned hearing Clint, Sam, and Bucky laughing.
"Marching band." Said Clint. "Shut up." Peter responded.
("You've never been in the same room as Tony Stark." Said Flash.)
Everyone booed.
(Everyone complained that Peter was missing nationals. A disappointed Liz said that Flash would have to fill in for him. "I don't know I've got a hot date with Black Widow coming up." Flash said mockingly.)
Natasha gagged and cursed in Russian.
("That is false." A student called out after ringing the answer bell. "What did I say about using the bell for comedic reasons." The teacher said. Later, Peter was in chemistry class secretly making his web fluid.)
"Impressive." Said Bruce looking at the webs with fascination. Peter practically beamed at being complimented by the Bruce Banner, one of his science heroes.
(When school was over Peter ran outside. He checked if anyone was watching and then jumped over the 15 foot high fence.)
"Nice." Kate said.
