Tartaglia tapped his fingers on the desk. They're coming. Everyone. The Tsaritsa and the other harbingers will be here in a few days.
He looked at the suit that he will be wearing at his wedding that will be held in just about 5 more days. Yay! Exciting right? Nope.
Not that getting married to Kunikuzushi isn't exciting. He's happy! It's just...

Look, he doesn't have feelings for her anymore. But Lumine is practically obsessed with him. He pulled a drawer and took out stacks and stacks of letters from the girl.
She's crazy.... Crazy in love he supposed.
He hasn't read any of them. Too busy with his work and Kunikuzushi to do so.
He ripped one of the newer ones to read. She was surely mad when making the wax because it is messy as hell.
Dear Ajax,
Why haven't you been responding to my letters? This isn't like you at all. Respond to me once you read this ASAP.
You sent an invitation to my brother, huh? Why didn't you send it to me? Did you want to save my heart?
I know you would never hurt me like that. But my brother will not be able to attend the wedding so I'll be his replacement.
So, the princess. How is she? I heard that she's monotonous. And her older sister is worse. Small, vicious and cold.
It's weird to know that such a vicious woman would inherit the throne and become an empress. I don't think she can manage a whole nation with her attitude.
Your bride to be is the younger one, yes? Well, I know that she's a warrior just like you. But I don't think she'll be able to make you happy.
We can crash the wedding, my love! Let's run away together! Hoping to see you again soon. And please do reply this time. Mwahh!"

There was a bunch of kiss marks on the paper. She must have worn really thick red lipstick.
Who does she think she is? Suggesting to run away from a royal wedding might he add.
It seems she doesn't know that he has switched brides. Sorry, but he won't marry a child.
He grabbed the stacks of letters and shoved them into a duffel bag. Then he walked out of his room to throw them away.
He made his way down until he left the door of Tenshukaku. Kunikuzushi was sitting in the garden, enjoying a nice treat with some tea.
He noticed his fiance right away and called him over. "Ajax! Come join me."
Ajax stopped in his tracks and turned to look at his beloved prince.
Kunikuzushi was quick to get jealous. He knew of that. And Kunikuzushi didn't try to hide it either.
Every time he did as to look in the direction of another girl, Kunikuzushi would gently grab his chin and move his head back to him with a dark smile.
Not to mention that the prince wouldn't leave his side everytime he has to train his recruits. Yes, the prince was jealous of men and women!
(I would too if i had a guy like ajax. My guy is scrumptious- SLAP)
Ajax was doomed if Kunikuzushi finds out he has been receiving letters from a girl that he doesn't know about.
Kunikuzushi doesn't know about Lumine, does he?
He doesn't remember bringing her up in any conversation. So maybe he didn't know.
Ajax walked towards Kunikuzushi with a soft smile on his face. "What are you up to, doll?"
Kunikuzushi patted the ground next to him. "Having a tea party by myself. Aunt Makoto was supposed to join me but something came up."
"Your sister?" Ajax asked and went down to sit with his legs crossed.
"Busy training our guards."
"Your mother?"
"She's out of the nation."
Ajax nodded in understanding. Kunikuzushi poured him some tea in the cup and handed it to the Harbinger.
"You know, I've heard you're a great fighter. How come I've never seen you on the battlefield? Or training?" Ajax accepted the cup and sipped the hot beverage.
"Nothing much. It's just that my body is not fit to fight since I'm smaller than my sister and my movements are slow."
"What weapon were you using before?"
"A sword. Or in my nation, it's called a katana."
Ajax hummed. "No wonder. You're not fit to use a sword, doll. A spear would do much better."
"You think so?"
"Yep, or a catalyst if you don't want to get your pretty self hurt." Ajax pinched Kunikuzushi's cheek.
"Hey!" Kunikuzushi protested. He turned to look at the bag. "What's that?" He asked. Ajax hummed again and only shook his head.
"A bunch of trash. I was on my way to burn it." Kunikuzushi leaned and reached out for the bag but Ajax shoved the bag further.
"Ah ah ah, doll. Harbinger's secret." Ajax winked. Kunikuzushi pouted. "I'm your husband in 5 days. Won't you even let me know what's inside?"
"Nope." He poked the prince's nose.
"Anyways, I have to go burn this real quick. Wait for me, alright?" Ajax said, getting up from his spot.
Kunikuzushi turned as well, getting up from his seat. "I wanna come with you!"
Ajax shook his head. "No, I don't want you to smell the smoke."
"That's fine. I'll just cover my nose."
Ajax sighed. "Well, since you insist."
Ajax threw the duffel bag into the fire that he had lit up using sticks he found nearby.
Kunikuzushi was in his arms, face buried into his chest and trying to avoid inhaling the smoke.
Ajax watched as the duffel bag was being eaten up by the fire. One thought crossed his mind.
